Thank you very much for organizing the yacht trip! We got such stormy emotions with friends, celebrated a birthday🥹 The staff is very friendly, I liked everything. We even stopped at a place where you can swim and provided towels. The kitchen is delicious (we were just a little late with the pre-order, so we took the Barbecue menu). Special thanks to the service manager and the captain of the yacht 🛥️

Today, on our wedding anniversary, we ordered a yacht rental and dinner on board. Unfortunately, they brought us dishes that were not included in the dinner we ordered, namely those dishes that we never eat. We tried to resolve this issue with a manager named Aya, who sold us this tour, but she said that the restaurant admits its mistake, but due to the lack of ordered dishes, it provides the available ones and is not going to refund the money for the unproven service. As consumers, we were left without a pre-paid service and informed that the situation has no solution. We were very dissatisfied with the service, because after paying for the service, no one contacted us to solve this problem. We have gained experience of interacting with scammers who do not want to save their reputational face. We do not recommend contacting this company.
