I was there on a Friday evening in January 2024.
1. The order included a syringe, Thai punch and sangria. There are no complaints about the quality of the drinks. I didn't get any Eden-like pleasure either.
2. I was with a girl and when the cocktails were brought, I joked - Punch the girl, and I got a syringe, because this is a drink for men. For some reason, the strange waiter decided to comment "let's not be rude, everyone drinks what they like."
In general, there are no complaints, but I don't remember ordering anything except drinks "opinion of someone about my words."
3. We stood for 2 hours on chairs near a small counter opposite the bar. I asked several times if there were any empty seats - with such an expression on my face, as if I offered to divide them by zero, they said there were no seats. At the same time, there were several empty seats on both the first and second floors for the entire two hours. As the waiters said, booked. It's just a rofl.
4. The chairs at the bar are soft, and those at the counter opposite are hard.
As a result, I want to say in the words of a classic: "You, in my opinion, got it mixed up." A discount bar with strange staff who think it's a normal bar, but it's not normal at all. I didn't think such nonsense existed in Minsk 🤷🏾

The visit left mixed feelings. We booked a table for three, came and sat us down at a double table, while the larger tables were almost all empty. I was met and led to a table by a girl who was obviously not happy to see us. After the request, we were transferred to a larger table.
Otherwise, everything is fine, friendly, courteous staff, fast service, helped to decide on the menu, tea, hookah.
The kitchen for the hookah is normal, but the prices are high. The interior was not impressed. The table is only for 3 hours and this is one of the disadvantages.

I really like this particular hookah bar. It doesn't look like a drug den, reasonable prices, good cuisine and drinks. Two levels underground, toilets, board games, PS, live and not only music ... I think many people will like it there!)
