A Wonderful Stay!
I had a great experience at this small but charming hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing trip. Highly recommended!

We were with 2 kids, very comfortable. The location is super, close to all the attractions. There's a jazz club around the corner. Friends came, they stayed somewhere else, they said they would stay here next time. There are wonderful guys at the reception, thank you so much for your help and tips. Yerevan is beautiful, and this hotel has made our vacation even more beautiful. The room has everything from tea to bathrobes. We were given a playpen bed, which helped us out a lot. It feels like home.

It's quite a nice hotel for its price. The staff reacted promptly, everyone was polite, the location is very convenient, the city center and the main attractions are just a stone's throw away, the impressions were good.

A great hotel in the city center with very friendly and helpful staff. Nearby there are all shops, currency exchanges, a delicious cafe with breakfast, central streets, I'll be happy to come back again

The offices are located in the very center of Yerevan. The room is very clean and tidy. Two disadvantages (for me)
1) of course, there is no elevator, and dragging a suitcase up a narrow staircase to the 4th floor is not such a convenience.
2) the mattress. A spring mattress. Ordinary springs (not independent, but like in the old days...

A wonderful hotel in the center of Yerevan. The room is spacious, warm, clean. The staff is polite and responds to the wishes of the guest. There is a kitchen where you can make coffee and take dishes. I recommend it!
