One star for the service, negligent and disregard for the work of those who complete orders. First, they put the wrong amount of almond oil, instead of 100 ml- 50. For the second time in a large order, instead of 4 jars of tangerine essential oil - 3 tangerines and 1 ylang-ylang.
The content of the site is old. If you want to know what oil the macerate is set to, (which was very important to me) You will need to try very hard and write to the company for clarification.
Do not regret the nerves, the money spent (including for travel, if you are traveling from the other end of Minsk) and the wrong goods on the waybill - you are here!

I've never seen a worse service :) contrary to the Belarusian legislation, it is impossible to make a non-cash payment in this office, which I was not even informed about in advance (I made an order with pickup and delivery at different times), and also communication with customers at the level of a village village shop ☺️
And they didn't bring me the order I was making, and they tried to ignore me in Viber until I started talking about the complaint book 🤗
