I have been a client of this bank for many years. Always polite service, the girls managers answer all questions, help. I forgot the way to other banks, they always serve you quickly here. Loans, deposits, cards - only in Home Loans. When I see that employees are being bullied, I always defend them, because someone comes to fight on purpose. I wish the girls patience and good customers!
I have never seen such disgusting service and policy of the bank anywhere, I do not even raise my hand to put one star. To open a deposit is a whole quest. Then the cashier does not work on Saturday and the account cannot be opened, although the call center gives other information. On weekdays, they either have a cash register that does not work at 5 p.m.!!!, although they perfectly see that people take a coupon for opening a deposit and a working day before 18:00, or cash collection. When asked why coupons are issued, if the cash register does not work, they said you can contact any other bank (manager at table 2). MANAGERS are not interested in attracting customers AT ALL. 4 times, without giving up hope, they came again, to which they demanded confirmation of the origin of the money, although they had not warned before. No one is hiding it, let the security service check if you have a certificate in your hands, what is the problem is unclear. There are no problems with this in other banks, no one requires any papers. The very room of the 4x4 meter department, the customer waiting area from the service area at a distance of one meter, there can be no talk of privacy, everyone hears everything! There is no manager who speaks the OFFICIAL language❗️
Manager Nadezhda is the hope for qualified, adequate, timely service, which you will not get in this bank. I will not advise this bank to my clients!
