I came to pay the loan.There are 3 employees sitting.1 with the client.He asked for help paying through the payment kiosk.wait for the manager to respond when he gets rid of the client.I didn't wait.Disgusting attitude towards customers.ignoring for 1 min. help.

I will never choose this bank again and I do not advise others. Somehow I made out an installment plan (consumer credit) in this bank: the imposition of additional services (making a card, they say, you can't open it without it), the repayment schedule on some kind of check written by hand, payment for servicing a card that I did not use...
