In this bank, Home credit Bank at 4A Nazarbayev Street.Karaganda, I had to withdraw money from the cash register, first they said the money ran out, they said we were waiting for the car, 15 minutes, well, I waited about 25 minutes, the collectors arrived, then they said wait another 15 minutes to count the money brought, waited another 35 minutes, and the last straw was that now we still have to wait It is not known how long it will take for the National Bank to confirm.In general, I will say that this branch is incompetent in this matter,employees are silent, they can't say or do anything,the Kaizen system is not set up, the client should not wait for money, all these activities should be designed like this, without waiting for the client,there is no system,there is no order,I hope that my feedback will be useful,and you fix everything.I would like to cooperate with you, but with an established job.
