On 16.01.2020, it was not possible to pay the loan at this point, due to a malfunction of the terminal. The manager refused to accept money at the cash desk, shrugged his shoulders and sent it to the terminal at a different address. Now I'm looking for the head bank and I'm going to write an official complaint
