Wonderful girls! They are very kind to animals and their owners, make our younger friends beautiful and make us happy. And for helping our shelter, they need at least 5 more stars.
Veronica is an excellent master of her craft! I found an approach to our doggie, who used to be afraid to even go to other masters. I like her approach and competence!
I saw a beautiful Instagram, good reviews and decided to take my puppy to the holygroom. Because this is the first grooming, the dog was originally trained to a comb. We took away a happy and beautifully groomed dog (for which I added a star), and upon arrival home, the dog saw a bruise on his testicles, which had not been there before. We thought that anything could happen, after all, a puppy could twitch, although the groomer told us that for the first time he behaved more or less, but sometimes he bit. The groomer also advised me to buy a puffer hat from the koltuns. They bought it, started scratching, and with light contact with the body, the dog becomes hysterical, begins to bite and growl, which is not typical for him at all. And today, on Instagram of the same holygroom, the owner of the salon posted a story in which you can see and hear that the dog is struggling and whining a lot. Such a reaction in a dog occurs only when combing with a fluff, which, as we learned later, a dog of our breed cannot be combed, because it damages the skin. At the same time, the girl accuses the owners that they "were not accustomed to elementary manipulations." So I have a question: are the owners to blame or the groomer, who simply could not cope with a calm dog?
