Very lovely place and we enjoy staying here at holiday in karon because the staff assist us everytime we need help especially in morning Ana always assist us and in afternoon when we have lunch at joe kool bar Jury always welcome us and assist us.

The hotel is generally ordinary. The hotel has good breakfasts, friendly staff, the hotel is not very clean, but there are a number of buts. The main complaint about the numbers. In two of the three rooms, we had a persistent and strong smell of dampness, and alas, we could not get rid of it. In the third room, the toilet drain did not work. We managed to change 2 rooms to more adequate rooms, but in the farthest building. With cleaning, everything is difficult to clean, it was tedious to go and ask, and if, moreover, not to say that the bed linen was changed, it would not be changed. All actions start with a poke. It's not far to the sea, but it's tedious to go through a couple of dead bridges. The hotel generally pulls in a solid C grade.

We were a family in October. The hotel met our expectations. There is everything for children: swimming pools, animators, a game room. There is a bar: the prices are space, in the restaurant too. There is billiards for those who are interested. The room is spacious. They gave a separate crib for the child. The rooms were cleaned well. Bed linen and towels were changed on time. Bottled water daily. There were shortcomings, but knowing that the hotel is online (+ not new), we were satisfied.
