A great hotel for those who choose to stay in the city. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to La Mer Laguna Beach. From 9:40 to 13:30. The food is excellent, everything is very tasty. Delicious, fresh fruits. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:30. Lunch is from 12:30 to 15:00. Dinner from 18:30 to 23:00. However, by day 5 we missed our Slavic food)) the rooms are cleaned every day. 0.5 water is given per person every day. There is a vending machine with free water in the lobby. If you take a room for 3 people, a sofa bed is provided. The sofa is creaky and uncomfortable.
There are 3 sockets in the room, 1 socket fits our chargers, and 2 will need an adapter.

I really liked the hotel!!! We were in August 2024. with my family. Very cool location! A 5-minute walk to: the metro station, Dubai Falls (the automobile bridge from which water flows, is especially beautiful in the evening because it is illuminated), the promenade of the canal and the bridge of tolerance.
The food in the hotel is very tasty, the beds are both going to bed and falling asleep, the temperature inside the room is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The child played with the safes and forgot the code - specialists were called to help and opened it, they did not take any additional payments. A small cake was brought to my husband's room at the hotel! It is very clean and has a pleasant smell because there are flavors on the floors. There is a shuttle service to the city beach, Dubai mall (round trip). You only need to sign up for the day because there are only 6 places.!important!On the ground floor, you can take water from the cooler by adding various flavors-for free, which is not typical for Dubai. Bottled water is brought daily.

There is a charter to La Mer beach, but in summer it is very hot and there is no infrastructure. It is better to take a taxi to kite beach.
According to the nutrition, the breakfast is quite decent. Lunch and dinner are expensive for this quality, it is better to walk to the restaurant or to the metro station next to which there are many cafes. There is also a convenience store there.

We had breakfast included, there was a normal choice, the food was delicious, plus you could add a substitute to coffee or tea instead of sugar. The metro is a 7-minute walk away, the sea is 3 km away, but you can set a route by bus or metro. The Burj Khalifa was visible from our window. In general, the hotel is great for your money👍

I really liked the hotel! We came for 5 days with a child, took full board. Breakfast is not 5 *, but you will not stay hungry for sure) at lunch we were a couple of times, at dinner 4 times, everything is very tasty, the portions are huge. Choose from a 3-course menu.
The location is also excellent, quiet, calm, 5-7 minutes walk from the business bay metro station, there is also not a bad minimarket. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself and nearby. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 1 metro station away. There is also a cheap day-to-day store at the next metro station. You can either take a taxi to the beach, or you can take a bus (stop nearby) La mer beach and another wilder one, but without people, we liked it more there)
The guys at the reception are very friendly, they always go to a meeting. We were settled a little earlier. I needed an iron and a board, they brought it when I checked in. I asked for a needle and thread, I had to leave for an excursion, they brought it in 5 minutes) Cleaning and changing of towels every day, plus a bottle of water.
The tourists at the hotel are all different, there are Russians, Africans and Indians. Everyone is adequate and friendly, no one bothers anyone)

They lived from 30.03.2024 to 04/10/2024. The hotel rooms are very small. The furniture is tired. The windows don't open. The air conditioner is such that we didn't turn it on after my neck was blown out on the first day. It blows very strongly, it's not even an air conditioner, but a fan, and since the room is tiny, when the air conditioner is turned on, the room is windy.
There are no dental supplies. Body gel only. The room is cleaned every day, it is cleaned normally. The room has a kettle, coffee bags, tea bags, cream. We were with my daughter (17 years old), she slept on a pull-out sofa, also so-so, I had to ask for an extra mattress. It certainly got better. We only had breakfast. It's the same thing every day. (Boiled eggs, omelette, cheese, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, flakes. Fruits (apples, grapefruit, watermelon, orange, dates), pastries a little. Yogurt. Drinks: tea, coffee, juices. It is unclear why we were put in a smoking room (412), none of us smokes. But very often there was a smell in the bathroom, probably through the ventilation. We rented a car, the hotel has its own underground Parking, which is a huge plus, because all packages are paid, you can't just put the car there. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, but we did not use it. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway, not far. There are no supermarkets nearby, go towards the subway, there is a minimarker, well, very MINI. There is a restaurant nearby, but it is very expensive. We had a very active holiday, we arrived at the hotel only in the late afternoon. If you are coming for a vacation like us or a business trip, you can choose a hotel. But for passive recreation, I would not recommend it. It is better to pay a little extra and relax in great comfort. I will note the staff, they are without refusals, on the first day they asked for an iron, they brought us + an ironing board. They asked for an additional one. the mattress on the sofa was also brought and laid. I think the hotel corresponds to its own ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a rest since March 28, we were there for 5 days, the breakfasts were good, there were fruits (apples, oranges, grapefruit) there were yogurts, there was always an omelette, boiled eggs too, a large variety of cereals, sausages, cheeses were also there, delicious coffee, you won't stay hungry for sure, the location is generally convenient 5-7 minutes to the metro station Business Bay there is a transfer service at the sea, but we did not use it because the goal was not the sea but to see the sights of Dubai, and this hotel is the best place to explore Dubai, we had breakfast in the morning and went on excursions, room cleaning was every day, there is coffee tea in the room and water is constantly brought.
The windows in the room do not open, but there is a very good ventilation system, there is shampoo and body gel in the room.

Instead of the 1st double bed, we were even provided with a room with two separate beds at no extra charge. Russian Russian is not understood at the reception at all, although there are a lot of Russians.

The beach is a bit far by taxi there and back in the area of ~ 55 dirhams to kite beach, La mer beach is not recommended. The rooms are old, the cleaning was good. And one more plus - there is a hotel one station away from Burj Khalifa.

In general, I liked the hotel. Convenient location, Business Bay metro station is 7 minutes on foot, Dubai Mall is 30-40 minutes on foot. Near a small embankment with a beautiful bridge with a waterfall. There is a transfer to the beach. The food is monotonous, you will definitely get bored on the 5th day, but you will not be hungry. No problem changing dinner and lunch, if half board. The cleaning staff is filonite, but if you make a remark at the reception, they will immediately correct it.

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays in 2024. The choice was made in favor of a city hotel, because we planned an active holiday, since January/February in Dubai are the coldest months and coastal hotels are not so relevant at this time of the year. The location is good, five minutes from the metro hotel, one stop to Dubai Mall, 80% of metro trips on a silver card bought there, very quickly got used to it, it's not difficult. Not far from the Business Bay metro station (5 minutes walk). And then the limit is only time).
WIFI is there. The tables always consist of the same assortment of up to 25 items (shvetsky table) by groups: fruits, vegetables, pickles, main dishes (meat, chicken, fish of 1 type) and additional dishes, buns, tea/coffee. Lunch or dinner is most often in the likeness of a set lunch (the choice is only in the main dishes: meat / fish / chicken / flour). The hotel is clean, but there is a strange smell in the corridor that resembles the smell of cigarettes, although smoking is prohibited and this is a minus. The windows in the hotel do not open and this is also a minus.
There is a park nearby and a waterfall turns on in the evening, beautiful places for walking. The infrastructure is all for every taste cafes, shops (groceries and alcohol)), pharmacies are all nearby (up to 15 minutes) on foot.

I liked the hotel, the price matches the quality! Clean comfortable small rooms, settled in one room 2 adults and 2 children / 3 years and 6 years /. There was a folding sofa in the room, the children could easily fit on it. The window does not open, the linen is clean, water was added every day, the bathroom is clean. The breakfasts are good, you will not stay hungry, there is a metro nearby within walking distance! We also took dinners at the rate, they are, of course, more modest than breakfast, but also -there is a choice! A great hotel for your money, great, what's there, just a great location, near the metro, one station and you are at the Lawn Town near the Mall of Emirates.... And yes, the hotel is not in the Emirate of Fujairah as it is written, but in the very center of Dubai... Very bad memories from this hotel. We were given fruit in the room, which had mold on it. The room was broken into several times by employees who did not even consider it necessary to knock on the door. The view from the window is also not very good. The breakfasts are meager, too, we are not sure how fresh they are at all, because the smell of cheese was absolutely disgusting. The only plus is the location. Close to the metro and generally located in the center. I do not recommend this hotel.
