Our stay is very nice here in this hotel. I love the staff here very welcoming especially Eya she’s good looking and very friendly and also her workmates are good to talk Dinesh John Poorni May Thu Milad. and their supervisor is very nice Mr Vinod.
Great stay for business trips! Nearest location to the Al-Maktoum Airport, 3 mins driving. Super friendly and supportive staff, convenient and cosy rooms, delicious food, great gym and pool side for sunbathing! Love it!
A good hotel: clean, pleasant, the room was a suite, chic, slept well, the bed was high. The room even had a kitchen with accessories, a large refrigerator. The only thing was there was no hair dryer. I would like to mention the restaurant separately: the food is at least a little Europeanized for the hotel guests, but it was very tasty. A professional buffet, an abundance of dishes, sooo liked the baked fish. What surprised me was that the entire dinner process is controlled by the chefs themselves. It is located near the airport, but very far from the city, but once a day there is a shuttle service, runs like clockwork. Of the minuses- the transfer returns at 22.30- the end time of dinner is very inconvenient, I had to beg the girl at the reception so as not to stay hungry, for which I thank her very much. Otherwise, everything is great.
A wonderful Hotel of the highest international class of service. A big advantage of this hotel is its proximity to Al Makhtoum Airport. The distance from the beaches and the very center of Dubai is compensated by the availability of a free shuttle ** round trip** at different time intervals * from morning to evening* , they are taken and picked up at certain *points* - they are in the information at the reception desk. The counter is staffed by nice and friendly staff, some of whom can speak a little Russian.*
Great hotel, very friendly staff, cool modern rooms, BUT... transport accessibility at the lowest level is the only bus running according to the schedule to the expo 2020 metro, from which you can get to the center. And yes, with such transfers, you can get to the center in just over an hour..
If you check into this hotel, then you definitely need to rent a car, otherwise you will spend a lot of time on the road.
Of the advantages - rooms, staff, swimming pool (not deep - 1.2 m, but for sunbathing and cooling off - that's the thing)
And be sure to take the hotel at least with breakfast, otherwise you will stupidly splurge on them - 95 dirhams for breakfast (at the rate of 25.5 per ruble - almost 2500, and the buffet is quite poor)
A wonderful hotel, I am familiar with the chain of these hotels that exist all over the world. Once we vacationed in Thailand, in Phuket at a Holiday Inn. The situation is such that our flight was delayed for 10 hours, we were all accommodated in this wonderful hotel. It is just 5 minutes from Dubai's Al Maktoum Airport. I was very happy to spend those hours there. And enjoy the beauty and hospitality. The room was incomparable, the cleanliness was perfect. The furniture is new, the bed is a fairy tale. And the room has a shower and a bathroom , it's all done so beautifully and efficiently. I wanted to stay there more. The dinner was great, varied and everything was delicious. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I didn't have time to look at the territory. But the service itself, the rooms, the food, everything was 100%.
We stayed at this hotel for one night. Of the attractions, only the desert is around. We chose it because the flight was from Al Maktoum airport in the morning. The hotel itself and the staff are not bad. I would like to note the responsiveness of the Salman and Jovelyn hotel staff. But I took off the star for the fact that we arrived at 10 a.m. on August 24, and left the hotel at 6 a.m. the next day, we had to pay 100 dirhams for the settlement. They explained the rules of settlement. But logically speaking, then they should compensate us for 6 hours that we did not live there. And besides, the hotel also squeezed the breakfast (we saved). Minus. For example, with the same check-in rules, we arrived at the Hotel Palace Dawntown from August 6 to August 7 just as early and were immediately provided with a room. The level of the hotel is higher and the service culture is correspondingly higher.
The Holiday Inn hotel takes advantage of transfer passengers, their fatigue on the previous flight, and therefore does not make concessions. It's a pity!!!! But there are two more hotels next to you, which are also very close to the airport and I think many people will think which one to choose.
A nice hotel is beautiful. It is certainly far from the city, but you can get used to it. There is a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, a kettle in the room, mugs, coffee, tea, sugar 2 pcs each, 0.5 pure still water 2 pcs (all this is updated every day) there is a safe, iron with ironing board, Hair dryer, toothpastes with toothbrushes 2 pcs, razors 2 pcs, TV, air conditioning, slippers 1 There was a couple, an alarm clock. The breakfast is a good buffet, there was a variety, there are high chairs and a game room in the restaurant. Next to the hotel restaurant you can buy souvenirs (I will not tell you the prices) The hotel tax is charged upon check-in 60-70 ead. No deposit was required, there is a transfer to the city, goes according to a certain schedule. The staff are all very friendly and kind, there are Russian speakers. Room cleaning every day
A great hotel, a 3-minute drive from Al Maktoum, the cuisine is wonderful, the pool is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff, as in principle everywhere in the UAE, is sooo professional, they don't speak Russian. Taxi nearby, approximately 50 AED to EXPO 2020.
I really liked it. True, it is far from the city, but there is a constant bus service to 3 metro stations Dip, ibn Batuta, and Palm Jumeirah. The buffet is decent, the room is great and so are the staff. I recommend those who arrive at Al Maktoum airport
The hotel is far from the city and the beach, but there is a shuttle service to the city and to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Duncan distinguished himself there, asked me for details about my stay and further ways to help me relax comfortably, thank him for that!) The room was clean and the sleep was good.
Wonderful hotel, near the airport. there is a supermarket nearby. the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. there is a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. the beds are soft, the toilet is clean, the mirrors are illuminated. the territory of the hotel is beautiful and large. I don't know about the food, we took it for one day, as there was a flight late in the evening
We had a rest in early February 2023.
The hotel is a solid four.
The staff is responsive and interested in guests. Communication is 90% in English (very fluent, not always understandable, but still English))). Decent food without frills. The only thing missing was drinks in the evening (tea, coffee).
Room cleaning is daily.
The hotel is located within walking distance from a small shopping center, where there is a supermarket with a good selection.
The F55 bus stop is also a 10-minute walk away, where you can get to EXPO 2020 (there you can walk around the exhibition or take the subway).
There is a daily scheduled shuttle service from the hotel (bus with a capacity of about 30 seats), which can take you to:
1. DIP Metro Station (Dubai Investments Park)
2. Batuta Mall
3. Dubai Marina Area
Be sure to take a Euro plug adapter with you (there are none at the reception).
In general, the hotel is more suitable for a business trip or for those who are not bothered by the distance from the center of Dubai.
Nice hotel. The room is quiet. There is a free transfer to the airport which is nearby and to other places. A normal breakfast. Good staff, some even speak Russian.
The hotel is great. Near Al Maktoum airport. There is a free shuttle service to the airport. I can't say more, since we checked in a day before departure (we checked in ahead of check-in time, for which we are grateful). The rooms are comfortable (justifies its four stars). The service is at a high level. There are Russian-speaking staff.
Nice hotel with free airport transfer. The room is clean, there is everything you need.
There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, a view of the city.
I liked everything
The hotel is new, beautiful, comfortable, with good service and excellent rooms. It was built specifically before the opening of Expo 2020. It is located near the airport, but there are no planes at all. Close to the Expo. It can be said to be in the desert, far from Dubai. You need to get to Dubai either by bus from the hotel, or go to the Expo also by hotel bus, and from there by metro. There is a bus from the airport to Dubai passing by the hotel, the price is 5 dirhams. There is a supermarket nearby, the prices are reasonable. I recommend the hotel!
A very nice hotel with decent and beautiful rooms, where there is everything from a kettle to an ironing board. If breakfast or dinner is included, then there is a huge buffet with a large selection of delicious food. There is Emaar South Village nearby, it's a walk through the ring, five minutes walk. There's quite a decent supermarket and two small coffee shops - you can buy food.
Near Al-Mactoum airport. In general, the hotel was opened for him. The airport should become the main one to Dubai, but Covid suspended the process. To get to the airport, you can request a free shuttle at the reception.
The hotel is very isolated, but you can get to the city by free shuttles organized by the hotel itself. The schedule can be viewed at the reception, I will attach a photo, but it is quite possible that it has changed. Or the second working option is to take a bus to the expo2020 metro station. The bus runs every half hour. The schedule can be viewed on Google maps. Payment by transport cards (as in the subway). It takes about 30 minutes to get to the metro (and back). In any case, by metro from expo2020 to the center for another 30-40 minutes. You can get there by taxi (30-40 dirhams to the metro). In general, the location is not the best. But if you are flying through Al-Mactoum airport, then it may turn out to be quite a working option.
In the photo, the schedule, the territory through the ring (if you don't feel too sorry, you can quite walk there) and the supermarket I wrote about.
I had to wait in Dubai for a couple of days, it turned out that the hotel near the airport is the best offer for an adult and two children, booking and payment via Yandex on the eve of the day of check-in. Unfortunately, we could not offer a room with two beds and for non-smokers. There is a supermarket and a cafe across the street.
The 1.22m deep pool is a little shallow, but for children it is the best, and in the late afternoon it is in the shade. It's even a plus. The food is normal, they give a lot of sweets and juices appeared for lunch and dinner. Previously, there was only water. The air conditioning works perfectly in the rooms. The staff is smiling. Russian channels are not working.
The hotel is ideal, close to airports, by the way, there are not many planes flying over the hotel, the food and the room are good, because there was a cockroach crawling on the wall, THE HOTEL ACCORDING TO BONUSES IN MTS CAME OUT ONLY 1,500 PER DAY INSTEAD OF 15,000
Near Al Maktoum airport. The rooms are nice, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Not all rooms have a hairdryer, but there is an ironing board and an iron. Dental kit, shaving supplies, slippers should be asked at the reception. The breakfast is normal. Spending the night before the flight is a great option, there are transfers to the mall and to the Dubai Marina on the beach.
not a bad hotel, located in a real wasteland. there is nothing around. the only shop within walking distance is a snack shop in stay bridge suits.
good room equipment: ironing board, scales, hair dryer - everyone had everything in the room except us! I had to ask at the reception, they brought it the third time. cleaning is lame, two times were not cleaned at all, although DND was turned off. I also had to deal with towels - they often took the old ones and left two small ones. breakfasts and dinners are normal, although there is a poor choice.
nice design, but lame service.
Whenever possible, I always stay at this hotel when I transfer from Russia. The only inconvenience is getting to the hotel at night. Need a transfer from the airport at night
The biggest disadvantage is the location. Very far from the center of Dubai.
But otherwise there are some advantages. The room is nice, clean. Everything is there. The bed is comfortable, the linen is gorgeous, changed every day for fresh. The breakfasts are great! A huge selection for every taste . Internet throughout the hotel. The pool is clean, it's nice to swim. Free parking.
The staff is friendly, even after check-out they were allowed to use the pool.
Like it.
Cool hotel in the wrong place. But we were lucky. We came for the Expo. And the exhibition was 20 minutes away from us.by free bus from the hotel. An amazing breakfast is included! The rooms are large with panoramic windows on.... the desert. There is no Aerorort, the area is only being built and there is nothing around. But to go to the city is an ambush. To the metro by the same bus that runs 3 times a day, and then- by metro with a transfer, about an hour to the center, and if to Deira - then even longer. There is a swimming pool with a bar on the roof. For a few days, or if you need to go specifically to this place, it is ideal.
Great hotel. A wonderful breakfast. Responsive staff. There is a shop nearby. There is also a shuttle service from the hotel three times a day, which allows you to easily and free of charge get to the city
A great hotel near the El Maktoum airport in Dubai. The hotel is just 3 minutes from El Maktoum Airport. Free shuttle to the airport every hour, several times a day to the beach and to the nearest metro (it seems exchange). The rooms are large, richly furnished, cozy. A chic lobby. The breakfasts are excellent, varied, beautifully served.
The hotel is gorgeous, 4+ deserves it. There is no transfer service, especially from Dubai to the hotel. I think they should take a taxi, and a taxi from the city is 125 dirhams
Location : it takes 40 minutes to get to the metro by transfer (if you are lucky and it will be free, and if you arrive at 8:00-01, the bus will no longer be there, because it is not waiting for anyone)
Rooms: no slippers, it's cold, no dental kits, shaving kits, no bathrobes, just an empty room (all inclusive) and most importantly, you should go and buy a charging adapter in some store, because there are just Dubai sockets here
Food: everything was fine until we were told to go finish the leftovers at another restaurant (opposite) well, they didn't say that, but still, we paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and they just tell us there is a private room now for Vietnamese, go to another place. We just went to eat, there was no meat, no normal food, some cold crap with leftovers …
Transfer: this is generally a separate topic ... at 8 a.m. there and only 4.5 ... back, and then if you're lucky. He is sometimes late, then leaves without waiting
Sometimes there is no paper in the toilets (not about the room)
There is no water in the gym
Trash cans are overflowing
And it's not 4* it's a maximum of 2* …
Not a swimming pool, but a swimming pool
The hotel is three stars. If you will be annoyed by slightly dark corners in the shower, or not very new underwear, but definitely well-washed. A wide range of food, but rather monotonous, distance from all entertainment, then you are here. Of the advantages - the price-quality ratio is excellent. Very good hotel for three stars. Polite and helpful staff, daily cleaning, regular linen change, the same dishes in the dining room, but well cooked: there are always three types of protein, six to seven types of vegetables and five types of fruit. Decent pastries. The pool is small, but clean. On weekends, it can be very full, on weekdays it is completely empty in the morning. We did not regret that we stopped because it suited us geographically. There is an excellent Russian-speaking employee at the reception - his name is Hasan - can help solve all your problems
Good, clean, nice.
Of the features: Coffee and tea are not served at the buffet for lunch and dinner.
There are shuttles to DIP metro, Ibn Battuta Mall and Jumeriah beach. Schedules are, of course, subject to change.
A wonderful hotel. Large cozy rooms, nice pool. Food for five. There is a shopping center with a supermarket nearby. The airport is within walking distance.
We stayed during a business trip , spent the night , the food is delicious , the rooms are clean , everything is fine , the pool is a little shallow , but in general , everything is clean and pleasant
The hotel is convenient for those who care about proximity to the airport, it's a long way to the center of Dubai, the nearest metro station is a 20-minute taxi ride away. Taxis are right next to the reception, very convenient. The hotel has excellent food, the rooms are new and beautiful, there are sockets for appliances. WiFi catches everywhere, the speed is good. The pool is small, open, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, there is a bar near the pool. Polite staff, they will always help you. There is no Russian-speaking staff, well, or I just didn't see
After the flight for acclimatization and after a long journey, a good and peaceful place to sleep and relax

This is a wonderful hotel that you want to return to!
Pillows and a blanket are just a buzz, I even took a picture of the manufacturer's company, but I can't find it on the Internet((
The food is very tasty in a large assortment.
Gym, sauna, tennis table, heated swimming pool are free of charge.
Transfer to the metro and to the airport.
I definitely recommend the hotel
Near the airport, there is a cool rooftop pool. There is a bar. There is a supermarket nearby, the rooms are spacious. Free shuttle service, I was taken to the airport in 5 minutes.
