The hotel is a solid four, it doesn't exactly pull for 5. Reception is half the trouble, room cleaning-guest workers! Bathrobes and slippers when you ask, and then not for everyone, but only for adults. The food is normal, it will last for 4. No strawberries or oysters...parking was promised, but never given. The laminate flooring in the corridors is 80% worn out. Renovation is needed, and urgently
