Excellent pilaf! The attitude towards the visitor is kind-hearted. I liked the Samarkand pilaf. Although I was surprised. A native of Uzbekistan (I was) surprised by the fact that rice is not mixed with zirvak. But that's the beauty of it! The meat pieces are not small, soft (melted in the mouth)! And the hot pepper was a HUGE bonus! It's usually thrown away. You guessed it by 200%! I love him! Pilaf salad was offered to choose from. I took the classic tomatoes with cucumber and onion (chicarop)! And a teapot of green tea! Oh! This green tea! Nowhere are you more ignorant than in Uzbekistan. Yes! I forgot about the tortilla! She was good! I recommend it to everyone! This is a Samarkand cafe!!! I had lunch and went for a walk!
