They started cheerfully, well, but at some point the enthusiasm ran out, they hid behind a formality and were silent for a month, putting the project on pause. As a result, they passed, but did not take into account the canopy. When he asked to finish, they inserted the canopy into the visualization, quickly, without taking into account the drainage of water and the base under the canopy, without taking into account the stairs and the passage under the canopy - purely for the picture and close the project. They promised to make an estimate of the work, they said that they have their own contractor (foreman Alexey), who, together with their project, can do everything and they do not detail some things, but the foreman at the place will understand and clarify everything. In fact, there are no estimates, they constantly refer to the employment of the foreman, they say that they remember and will definitely count. August-September-November-December. I stopped reminding you after December. I have a beautiful album in my hands and nothing more. It's already March, but there have been no estimates since August, as well as feedback. There was simply no response to the latest messages. The work season has already begun, I have to order work from different contractors on my own, losing the quality of execution, since it is necessary to link different stages of work, and I am not a specialized specialist. And so I wanted to get a turnkey landscaping without any problems. Unfortunately, not with this company. They seem to understand what they're doing, and they seem to take all requests into account. But there is no work with clients. Apparently, the work is gaining more of its own capabilities and, in pursuit of volume, it is losing quality. In general, I will not recommend it to my friends, we have not fully fulfilled our obligations.
