The service is excellent. The staff speaks Russian without any problems. When booking, there was an option only with dinner included. But if you are traveling, you want to diversify the environment. The dinners were used. It is quite tasty and a lot. The peculiarity is that they do not offer drinks. Although even in the rooms there are tea bags. The breakfasts are good. Coffee, omelette, scrambled eggs on request. They asked for a room in the courtyard because they want to open the window. There is no supply ventilation. Silence all night, unless a group of compatriots with vodka gathers by the pool, but usually no later than 22. Overall, everything is fine. The metro is 5 minutes away. They used it when they handed over the car. Parking is just to park the car on the street in front of the entrance. The pool is clean, without heating, there are only 4 sun beds. There are beach towels by the pool. Tables under large umbrellas are an excellent solution. We saw a couple of tents with covered tables between the Christmas trees. Obviously, you can spend time in them too. There is a TV in Russian. The Internet is good.

The best hotel I've ever been to. I've been to many countries, I travel a lot. And in Tashkent, since 2019, there have been more than 30 visits per year. I have been to many hotels in Tashkent, from cheap to expensive. The HL 309 hotel is the best, and that's why: 1. The attitude towards the guests. Really, special attention is paid to each guest, all the newnesses, subtleties and preferences will be taken into account. How nice it is to come when you are expected, and the attitude is not on a formal or impersonal principle, worked out according to a script, but really good-natured, empathetic, sincere desire to help solve any problem and question. 2. Location. Optimal. 3. Delicious breakfasts. 4. The hotel owner keeps everything under personal control. Creates the feeling that you are really visiting. He personally communicates with the guests. This is very valuable. 5. Comfort! He's in everything. And the cherry on the cake is the pool.

Very sensitive and caring staff, cleanliness everywhere, delicious and varied buffet breakfast, the presence of a swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel with very beautiful landscapes around. There is not a big disadvantage since there is no elevator in the hotel, but the staff delivers your luggage itself at check-in and check-out.

We visited the hotel in May 2024. The hotel is within walking distance of the largest shopping center, Mega Magic Park. There is a large grocery store nearby. A quiet street, 6 km from the airport.
There is a patio with a small swimming pool. The hotel is slightly tired, the breakfasts are good, the staff is polite. A good combination of price and quality.

One of those rare hotels, after staying in which we were satisfied with everything. Very varied, delicious breakfasts, there is a choice for everyone. Comfortable and clean room, daily cleaning. But the most pleasant thing was the incredibly warm hospitality and care of us from the staff. In this place, you can fully feel the involvement in customers and love for your business. I would definitely come back here more than once with great pleasure!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights from September 12, 2024. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, next to it there are tables with awnings, a lot of greenery. The metro is very close, there is an ATM in front of the hotel where you can change money. Breakfast is a buffet, delicious and a large selection. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, a TV and a refrigerator. Quietly. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their responsiveness and comfort.

The mini hotel is almost in the center of Tashkent. A strong three. Clear. The breakfasts are not very varied, but quite high quality. The rooms are equipped with a TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. I liked the responsiveness of the staff. The refrigerator broke down, it was replaced after 10 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of an alternative for ironing clothes. Ironing service is available at an additional cost. An iron and ironing board are not provided in the room, and there is no ironing room in the hotel.
I would also like to draw attention to the hard and uncomfortable mattresses. If you want to get a good night's sleep, then unfortunately it can be problematic. The hotel staff is aware of the problem and we hope that the mattresses will be replaced over time. In that case, we will definitely come back here. In the meantime, I'm sorry, but I can give the hotel no more than two stars.

Breakfasts are for those who just have to fill their bellies and need to go to a nearby hotel.
The carpet in the room is very dirty (although there are slippers).
It is very unpleasant that 60% more money was charged upon check-in, allegedly for an extra bed, but this was taken into account when booking (otherwise how to sleep in four on one double bed). There is no iron, but they can iron you for a fee), it seemed that I iron better for free))).
We are 2 adults + 2 children, we booked in advance and for a week, but in the room there is 1 bottle of shampoo and 1 bottle of shower gel, 2 pairs of slippers, 2 toothbrushes, 2 bottles of water. You can ask for all this, but why not immediately prepare the room for the guests? Moreover, we arrived late at night, I wanted to wash and sleep, and not look for something to wash with (fortunately we have already learned and carry with us).

We stayed at this hotel recently and were extremely disappointed. The staff turned out to be completely unprofessional and impolite. We were greeted at the reception with a sour face and were clearly in no hurry to help with the check-in. Any requests were perceived with irritation, and the solution of problems was delayed.
As for the food, it left much to be desired. The breakfasts were monotonous and tasteless. The restaurant often served over-salted or undercooked dishes. The assortment was meager, and the quality of the products was questionable.
Overall, the impression of the hotel turned out to be negative. I do not recommend staying here if you want a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Overall a great hotel. The only problem was when checking in, we couldn't find our reservation for a long time, we had to contact the operator through whom we booked. Another nuance is that the room is for two and the chair is one, it's strange. When checking in, there were no bottles of water and tea and coffee in the room, after contacting the reception, everything was brought.
The room is great, the bed is comfortable, the mattress is hard, the room is clean. The air conditioner worked fine.
But the most gorgeous thing was the breakfasts! Everything is very tasty and the service is excellent.

A very nice hotel. More focused on business people. But we were lucky with the weather, and we were able to sunbathe by the pool, as we did in our time in tropical countries. You may ask why you settled your guests - it's walking distance from the office, plus there are simply no places in other hotels in certain months. Their location is convenient, the rooms are clean.
