We were registered and probably thought that at night we would not care that there were no bed linen, nothing was cleaned and nothing was working. At the reception, a friend promised that they would be cleaned in 20 minutes, and they would be relocated tomorrow at the office and happily went home!!!! Then the guard entertained us for another hour. And he immediately told us that this was a "very, very bad hotel." And we completely agree with him. As you might have guessed, no one moved us the next day, explaining that we had the best room. To say that the hotel is basically all tired is to say nothing. In the rooms, nothing works from the word "at all". The only plus of our room was the good Wi-Fi connection. The cleaning consisted of your dirty towels being neatly folded and placed on the bed. If you run out of toilet paper, be ready to go to the reception and tearfully ask for it, because replenishing it is probably not included in the room cleaning. The maintenance staff does not "catch flies" at all. It seems that you have invaded their home and they are clearly not happy about it. The all inclusive system is not appropriate here at all. Rather, everything is turned off. Yes, you won't stay hungry, but.... Meat is only chicken, only in one version and that's it. We haven't heard about fish here. At first I thought that there were a lot of different cheeses. But no, it's the same variety, only cut in different ways and sprinkled in different ways. No baking, no watermelon. Watermelon!!!!, it's at the end of July, it's in Turkey. Damn, there wasn't even a lemon. Even the device with jupi juices broke down and was simply removed. Why fix it if you can just put it away. There are not enough cutlery, dirty dishes, a humiliating queue (as in the Soviet dining room) to the restaurant. It would be possible to brighten up your stay in this place with wine, but it is also over... The first time I was on vacation in Turkey (and I've been 10 times!!!) I didn't bring an extra gram... In short, the best thing about our vacation was the Aeroflot flight.
I had a wonderful cozy room, absolutely everything was functioning, cleaning was daily, towels were not changed every day, but I stretched the stock that was in the room for the whole week.
I quickly got my bearings and adjusted to the food, everything suited me, a complete balance: meat and vegetables, fruits and desserts. Modestly, not 4 stars, but I really liked everything 😻
There is a shuttle service to the beach, but the beach is a little dirty for me, I did not expect it. I found a small piece of beach for the locals between the hotels, I swam there with great pleasure.

We booked this hotel from 7.07-17.07 family room, it was important because of the children.we arrived at 2 a.m., the reception says there are no rooms!they offered to move into 1 room and move into a family room in the morning .because we agreed with the children .
The room is off the road , on the side of the road !Dirty, windows won't close, ants are crawling!They brought 2 cots, the children were sleeping on the bed!
The next day, the interesting thing began: a Russian-speaking lady came , as we understood gast relay, went to the boss to ask us to be relocated !(for our money, we still have to ask!!!)It lasted until lunch!There are no family rooms and there won 't be any. We did not hear an answer to the question why we confirmed the reservation!
Nobody cares at all!!!as a result, we realized that no one would solve our problem, we were offered 2 standards. But there was no apology !
