It was a wonderful hotel, my stay was as comfortable as possible, the staff was helpful, and the service was excellent.

Excellent location of the hotel:near the bus station and the observation deck. The hotel staff is very attentive and try to help in any situation. The hotel has excellent buffet breakfasts on the view terrace. In the morning, you can watch the balls on the terrace. You can also order excursions at the reception desk, but it is advisable to check the prices in other places: we were offered a balloon flight at a lower price than everywhere else, and the rest of the excursions also cost or higher.

Friendly staff (English and Turkish). The breakfast is not very varied, but if you stay only for 2-3 nights, it is quite a suitable option. Almost the center of Goreme, near the bus station, there is a Parking place for cars. There is Internet, in the room and at the reception is quite stable.
