Almost every time I come to Yerevan, I stay here if there are rooms available. A very quiet hotel inside the courtyard, excellent location in the city center, as well as very friendly staff. They can arrange airport transfers for overnight flights and guided tours throughout Armenia.

We come to this hotel for the 2nd year in a row.
1. It is located in the very center of Yerevan.
2. Excellent buffet style breakfasts.
3. The hostess of the hotel, Laura, and the receptionist, Alexander.
I highly recommend this hotel, I can't even imagine where else in Yerevan you can stay for such convenient accessibility and excellent travel time.

We really liked it: a quiet courtyard in the very center of Yerevan. A small cozy garden. Clean, nice room layout. The breakfasts are good, and there is an electric stove for dinners.

A small hotel with 6 rooms in a 2-storey private house. The location is very convenient: the center, near a supermarket, an exchange office, cafes \ restaurants. It is quiet, because it is located in the courtyard.

A pleasant boutique hotel. This is a converted private house, so the owners treat the guests very cordially and make you feel at home. Very tasty breakfasts!
The location is great! Within walking distance of grocery stores, supermarket, currency exchange, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc.
I recommend it, you won't regret it!

Sheer delight! This small family-run hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan. Family in the full sense of the word - the owners and staff treat the guests like family. Very tasty breakfasts and coffee, for which special thanks to Alexander, extremely attentive attitude, which you will not find in large hotels. I want to come back here.

I was with a family of 4 people, everyone was very satisfied! Everything you need is provided (toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoos, shower gels, slippers, towels). The room has air conditioning, we used heating, as it was a little cool when we arrived in winter. On the ground floor there is a dining area with a super breakfast and especially for our 2-year-old baby, the administrator Alexander cooked porridge, for which many thanks to him, and all the breakfasts he also cooked were very tasty! Clean, tidy, cozy and so homely. The location is also pleasing, right in the center, you can walk everywhere on foot. Thanks a lot to this hotel, we will definitely stay here next time🙏🏼

We started the first days of the new year 2020 in beautiful sunny Yerevan. 🎄😊
And we stayed in this nice, cozy and hospitable hotel, which is located in the very "heart" of Yerevan and did not regret it at all. You leave the hotel and you're in the city center, it's just great! In this hotel, everything is homely, cozy, everything is there, in the bathroom there is a towel, slippers, all soap and dental supplies, on the ground floor, in the kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave oven, all necessary utensils, breakfasts are also held there. There is a grand piano at the entrance where you can play and sing songs together; the hotel is very clean, the food is very tasty, the staff is excellent: polite and cultured. Thanks to Arthur, Sasha and a nice girl, I don't know the name. We would like to express special attention and gratitude to the friendly and very cheerful owners of this hotel, Leonora and Mikhail Sergeevich! We had a lot of fun communicating with you! Cozy hotel "at home"! The interior is consistent. In the center, all the city's attractions are within walking distance — 10-15 minutes on foot. We counted 4-6 rooms (in total!). There are breakfasts. At the request of the administrator, Sasha will personally prepare Armenian coffee for you and make delicious scrambled eggs. At breakfast, you will be given an educational tour about Yerevan and Armenia on TV.
The room is cozy. There is everything you need. A comfortable bed. Bathroom with everything you need. In the kitchen on the ground floor, you can use a microwave oven and other appliances and utensils.
Special thanks to the administrator Alexander! He has never refused any of our requests, even the smallest ones.
I still have the feeling that I stopped by close friends.
