A small hotel with 6 rooms in a 2-storey private house. The location is very convenient: the center, near a supermarket, an exchange office, cafes \ restaurants. It is quiet, because it is located in the courtyard. Wonderful, hospitable hosts. On request, a guided tour can be arranged.

A pleasant boutique hotel. This is a converted private house, so the owners treat the guests very cordially and make you feel at home. Very tasty breakfasts! The location is great! Within walking distance of grocery stores, supermarket, currency exchange, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc. I recommend it, you won't regret it!

Almost every time I come to Yerevan, I stay here if there are rooms available. A very quiet hotel inside the courtyard, excellent location in the city center, as well as very friendly staff. They can arrange airport transfers for overnight flights and guided tours throughout Armenia.
