Nice hotel, we were on New Year's Eve. The guys did well to give 2 adjacent rooms. Everything was delicious in the lounge. In the spa, the men's and women's parts are separated - steam rooms and changing rooms. The pool is shared. But the hammam did not work in the women's part, everyone went to the men's part))

Nice modern hotel, great rooms. The toilet impressed), the German-made monster automatically opens the lid at the sight of a person, all hygienic functions are controlled from the remote control (and the toilet can do a lot😉). Excellent buffet for breakfast and lunch. The hotel itself is part of a huge complex - a park with various hotels and facilities, young trees, roads. Every 25 minutes from the hotel there is a free luxury bus to the "Eternal City" - this is a beautiful oriental mini-town with shops, souvenir shops, etc. A pleasant place.

It's amazing! The best hotel. The gym is good, everything is modern. Stunning views from the rooms. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Minus the fact that in a few hours they will pay for the whole day. The breakfasts are delicious. Especially the opera pie. The red fish is delicious. The purity is unconditional.

Gorgeous just chic… The breakfasts are good, the territory is huge ... The exchange rate is really not humanly ... The price tag in the lobby bar is also too high.. The spa is at the highest level... I have long dreamed of visiting Samarkand with my family, but I did not want to spend the night in a caravanserai with Soviet furniture. It didn't work out to book a hotel through Yandex and other online services, it's completely new, it's not connected yet, but it came out through Booking. We also booked a sedan transfer from the airport and an extra bed for a child. The transfer is gorgeous on some kind of cool electric car of a Chinese brand, which the child confused with a Mercedes. The hotel had a lightning check-in and check-out. Everything is clear. They helped with my things. Currency exchange is right behind the counter.
Room on the 8th floor with a view of the canal. The baby's bed was ready. There are several children's TV channels on the TV. The bed is great, the linen is crisp, everyone has had enough sleep.
Breakfast is such that you eat enough for the day. Egg dishes are very tasty. For lunch and dinner we went to the el sabor restaurant and the sky bar on the roof. Delicious Samarkand pilaf is so big that everything doesn't fit into me))
What a wonderful pool! That's where my child first started swimming by himself and didn't want to get out. Comfortable lounge chairs. Everything is new and beautiful.
The people are wonderful, very polite, friendly. I can't bring myself to call them "staff". This is not just a wow service, it is a kind and friendly attitude towards the hotel guests. Happy birthday, starting with breakfast.
The massage is very good, it helped to relieve fatigue after a walk in Samarkand.
For complete happiness, we only lacked the opportunity to pay with a credit card and for some reason there is no ice cream on the menu anywhere in Uzbekistan.

Great hotel. I was amazed by electric curtains and a smart toilet))) super breakfast, beautiful interiors. It is only 200 rubles and a 10-minute drive to the center by taxi. The hotel has a spa and a meat restaurant-not visited.

A cool hotel! Everything, interior, exterior, service, staff are at a very high level. The hotel is brand new and built in a newly created tourist complex. A wonderful place for a comfortable stay away from the noisy center. Clean air and plenty of space for walking and other activities.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff is at the highest level. The rooms have everything, only the smart house was annoying, especially the toilet, the lid of which opened for a reason and without a reason. All windows overlook the canal and the old town. Beautiful view. But there is nothing interesting nearby. It's just a hotel cluster built for some kind of event.

A new 5-star hotel. Sauna and hammam for 2-3 people. The housekeeping service is very poor. The cleaning is good, but only after calls to the reception. The food is quite varied and delicious. It feels like the staff has only been trained and does not understand what needs to be done.

Excellent conditions in the hotel, but very weak staff. Very friendly, but apparently not trained. For the first time in my life, I literally ran after a waiter. The restaurant on the 20th floor didn't even have a menu
The hotel is a little far from the city, and in the evening there is not much to go except for this restaurant with overpriced prices

The hotel is awesome. The bed is super, as are the linens. Breakfast, as in Reddison - with salmon). It's too far from the city. The taxi is very cheap, but it takes a long time to wait and drive. In the afternoon - 40 minutes to the city center...The reverse is the same. I won't come here next time.

Great modern hotel!
The bed, mattresses, linen are perfect, it was not convenient only when the maid came, left the door to the bathroom and when entering the room the front door was constantly beating against it.
The breakfast is delicious, but the price tag is certainly overpriced, 600 rubles for a cappuccino is a straight match...

And not only within the framework of Uzbekistan. I advise you not to mess around in the rooms - go around the neighborhood. Along the rowing canal - in the afternoon, beyond the canal in the evening.
There is an observation deck on the 20th floor - it is also recommended to visit. Well, if you manage to have dinner in the gazebo on the water, it will be great!
