Nice hotel, we were on New Year's Eve. The guys did well to give 2 adjacent rooms. Everything was delicious in the lounge. In the spa, the men's and women's parts are separated - steam rooms and changing rooms. The pool is shared. But the hammam did not work in the women's part, everyone went to the men's part))

Nice modern hotel, great rooms. The toilet impressed), the German-made monster automatically opens the lid at the sight of a person, all hygienic functions are controlled from the remote control (and the toilet can do a lot😉). Excellent buffet for breakfast and lunch. The hotel itself is part of a huge complex - a park with various hotels and facilities, young trees, roads. Every 25 minutes from the hotel there is a free luxury bus to the "Eternal City" - this is a beautiful oriental mini-town with shops, souvenir shops, etc. A pleasant place.

It's amazing! The best hotel. The gym is good, everything is modern. Stunning views from the rooms. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Minus the fact that in a few hours they will pay for the whole day. The breakfasts are delicious. Especially the opera pie. The red fish is delicious. The purity is unconditional.

Gorgeous just chic… The breakfasts are good, the territory is huge ... The exchange rate is really not humanly ... The price tag in the lobby bar is also too high.. The spa is at the highest level... Я давно мечтала побывать в Самарканде с семьёй, но хотелось не в караван-сарае ночевать с советской мебелью. Отель забронировать через Яндекс и другие ру-сервисы не получилось, он новый совсем, ещё не подключен, но вышло через Booking. Забронировали и трансфер sedan из аэропорта и доп кровать для ребёнка. Трансфер шикарный на каком-то крутом электромобиле китайской марки, которую ребёнок перепутал с мерседесом. В отеле был молниеносный чекин и чекаут. Всё понятно. С вещами помогли. Обмен валюты сразу за стойкой.
Номер на 8 этаже с видом на канал. Кровать ребёнка была готова. В телевизоре несколько детских ру-каналов. Кровать отличная, бельё хрустит, все высыпались.
Завтрак такой, что наедаешься на день. Очень вкуснык блюда из яиц. На обед и ужин мы ходили в ресторан el sabor и в sky bar на крыше. Вкусный самаркандский плов такой большой, что в меня всё не влезает))
Какой чудесный бассейн! Там мой ребёнок впервые начал плавать сам и не хотел вылезать. Удобные шезлонги. Всё новое и красивое.
Люди - чудесные, очень вежливые, приветливые. Язык не поворачивается назвать их "персоналом". Это не просто wow сервис, это доброе и приветливое отношение к гостям отеля. Поздравили с днем рождения начиная с завтрака.
Массаж очень хороший, помог снять усталость после прогулки по Самарканду.
Для полного счастья нам не хватило только возможностей оплачивать ру-картой и мороженого в меню почему то нигде нет в Узбекистане.

Great hotel. I was amazed by electric curtains and a smart toilet))) super breakfast, beautiful interiors. It is only 200 rubles and a 10-minute drive to the center by taxi. The hotel has a spa and a meat restaurant-not visited.

Крутая гостиница! Всё, интерьер, экстерьер, сервис, персонал на очень высоком уровне. Отель совершенно новый и построен в недавно созданном туристическом комплексе. Замечательное место доя комфортного отдыха в дали от шумного центра. Чистый воздух и много места для прогулок и прочих активностей.

Отель красивый, комфортный, персонал на высшем уровне. В номерах все есть , раздражал только умный дом, особенно унитаз, крышка которого открывалась по поводу и без повода. Все окна выходят на канал и старый город. Красивый вид. Но рядом ничего интересного нет. Просто отельный кластер, построенный для какого то мероприятия.

Отличное место как для туристов так и для местного населения. Персонал отличный.
Отдельная благодарность за терпеливую работу и профессионализм менеджеру по продажам Зухро и ответственному за зал совещания Шахрисабз Исо.
Кофе брэйки, кухня, обслуживание всё на высоте.
Честно говоря приятно удивлен, что такой сервис можно встретить в Самарканде.

I haven't been to a hotel of such a high level for a long time. The rooms are simply gorgeous, the curtains are automatic, they open when you enter the room. Toilet with remote control, TV on the floor of the wall. Great view from the window. There is a large selection of fruits and sweets for breakfast

A new 5-star hotel. Sauna and hammam for 2-3 people. The housekeeping service is very poor. The cleaning is good, but only after calls to the reception. The food is quite varied and delicious. It feels like the staff has only been trained and does not understand what needs to be done.

Excellent conditions in the hotel, but very weak staff. Very friendly, but apparently not trained. For the first time in my life, I literally ran after a waiter. The restaurant on the 20th floor didn't even have a menu
The hotel is a little far from the city, and in the evening there is not much to go except for this restaurant with overpriced prices

The hotel is awesome. The bed is super, as are the linens. Breakfast, as in Reddison - with salmon). It's too far from the city. The taxi is very cheap, but it takes a long time to wait and drive. In the afternoon - 40 minutes to the city center...The reverse is the same. I won't come here next time.

Great modern hotel!
The bed, mattresses, linen are perfect, it was not convenient only when the maid came, left the door to the bathroom and when entering the room the front door was constantly beating against it.
The breakfast is delicious, but the price tag is certainly overpriced, 600 rubles for a cappuccino is a straight match...

And not only within the framework of Uzbekistan. I advise you not to mess around in the rooms - go around the neighborhood. Along the rowing canal - in the afternoon, beyond the canal in the evening.
There is an observation deck on the 20th floor - it is also recommended to visit. Well, if you manage to have dinner in the gazebo on the water, it will be great!
