Very mixed feelings.
We had a conference at this hotel, stayed there for a week.
The rooms are tired, but spacious, the beds are comfortable, the hose in the shower is full of holes, the bathroom door is lopsided and does not close. I guess it's just me who's so lucky, number 1107.
The view from the window is good, the breakfasts are also good.
By itself, the restaurant on the 1st floor for three, surprisingly, does not taste delicious coffee.
Most of the halls are located on the ground floor. If there is some kind of repair, ventilation on the 1st floor in the halls pulls out all the smells - we had a hell of a stink of paint for 2 days.
The service is very different - the room cleaning is excellent, but the same concierges work at the dump
They asked to find a good view restaurant - the concierge gives them a pre-prepared flyer, but says there are no views there. You ask what kind of species there are - only one with a fig rating names them. As a result, we found a restaurant with an excellent rating and gorgeous views.
Another time, it was necessary to have a quick lunch, but since the hotel is not very tasty, we decided to eat somewhere nearby - again the flyer of the same restaurant, when we refused, the concierge waved his hand and said - go to McDonald's

In general, I would not go to this hotel for my money
1. The hotel is tired. Very! It is very surprising that there are no such basic things as sorry, a toilet brush and an air freshener
2. The breakfasts are good, but the coffee was not worse
3. In the restaurant on the ground floor for 3 out of 5
4. Bathrobes and other accessories must be begged. I had to call constantly. The glasses were taken away, no new ones were brought. The robes were taken away, there are no new ones
5. The location is good for shopping. A shuttle departs to the shopping center every hour, as well as back. If you go by the sights, then it's very far away. Taxi in Istanbul is a different story. This is not a Yandex taxi for you. And the transfer costs 35 euros to and from the city
6. As for additional services, here we are. A sweater with a huge hole was returned from the dry cleaners. They twisted out what she was, what they tried to tell us, but they didn't get through. The disappointment is complete. Hilton level is not 5 stars!
We will book another hotel on our next visit
The hotel is beautiful, fresh, the room had bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics and a minibar for an additional fee.
There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the shopping center -who came for shopping is perfect.
