A great hotel, I visited it many times more than 20 years ago, in 2002-2004. Then it was smaller and HB, and now AI, which slightly reduced the level of service.
But still, Hilton is Hilton.
Excellent rooms (we rented a two-storey chalet on the first line), excellent food, although AI introduced an element of a five-star dining room, good territory, a lot of things for children (aqua park, kids club, there is a place to walk, good animators).
I also want to add about the excellent WiFi coverage throughout the hotel, up to the farthest couch - a confident seamless reception.
In general, in Hurghada, I consider only Mariott to be an alternative on the opposite side of the village, which is smaller and a little more pretentious.
Yes, they also built an excellent shopping center with a Karefour on the ground floor right behind the fence, where you can buy sweets and mangoes for the road without haggling and harassment :)

A pleasant hotel, without fake reviews on Yandex maps. This is a personal plus for me)
The hotel has a relatively small territory, but there is somewhere to walk. Everything is fine with the food, a large selection of dishes + something is grilled separately on the street by the pool every evening. The only drawback is the crows. Do not leave your food unattended on the street, crows will take it away) we have seen this picture every time.
All inclusive is literally all inclusive. The water is unlimited, additional bottles of water were delivered to our room every day, we could also take bottles by the sea / at the bar / anywhere. There were also snacks on the beach
Everything was delicious and edible, no problem

The rooms are clean, the daily cleaning is generally good, only once we were not cleaned very well. It probably depends on klinner.
In the evening, there is live music at the hotel.
I also want to say that you have the opportunity to eat for free 1 time in one of the three restaurants by appointment at the reception (there is no information about this anywhere, but you can find out from the administration)
In the photos, the bathing area looks pretty small, but when you swim it doesn't really feel, everything is fine.
The disadvantage is the location of the hotel. If you want to go out for a walk in the city, then you are in the wrong area. The locals will shy away from you around and in general it was very uncomfortable to walk, a little scary. But if you take a taxi and get to the marina, everything is great.
There are no "tourist spots" around, such as shops/markets and all that. This is a residential area. Although there is a shopping center nearby
The hotel has an ATM where you can exchange currency.
I would like to note the eviction separately. We wanted to arrange a late check-out service, but all rooms were occupied. We were offered a room up to 14x instead of 12, and also kept bracelets and towel cards. We could use all the services of the hotel (to eat, swim in the sea, order drinks), just without a room until departure. The hotel has a separate shower room for such cases, in which you can safely wash after the sea, for example. It's super! (Usually in Egypt, bracelets are cut off and all you can do is just sit in the lobby until the transfer arrives)
For me, this is definitely one of the best hotels, with a clean beach, clean rooms and normal food.

We had a rest in the New Year 2024. This is not a 5 star hotel / this is a 4-3 star hotel. In winter, a single swimming pool is heated. Children's pool without heating. The rooms are tired, the carpet in the room is very dirty, there is a huge window in the room from the toilet to the room (you take a shower or go to the toilet - everyone can see everything), there is no liquid soap at the sink in the toilet, it is not convenient at all, all the soap in the bathroom is in jars attached to the wall. Slippers will not be given to the room right away - to beg for money from the cleaners. The room was not cleaned for one day. They give one kind of fish for dinner, they don't give any seafood or anything like that. With children in strollers, you can't get to the main restaurant here (there are no ramps), the waiters grab the stroller with the child and take it down - it's scary for the safety of the child, well, they don't always help - when they see it or you need to call constantly to help. and not everywhere you can drive to the beach in a wheelchair from the hotel, there is only such an opportunity from the main entrance. It was done in a stupid way - to go to the beach, you need to go down to the lobby with a stroller, then go through the reception to get to another elevator and go down to the 2nd floor - the elevator is constantly occupied, the building is huge, everyone uses these small elevators in small numbers. There are no wind screens on the beach, and there are no fish in the sea at all. Cleaning the beach is bad, there are gobies in the sand and garbage. The deck chairs are mostly old and rusty. Then there are three restaurants in the hotels (sea, Turkish and wok - as in many fives for accommodation, at least one can be visited for free - there is nothing like that, they give a discount on visiting 300 rubles and all restaurants are actually paid). All - open only until 11 p.m. after all drinks for money! Alcohol starts to be given from 11 o'clock in the afternoon (I don't drink, as if everything is smooth for me - this is for information). 🤷♀️ I do not recommend this hotel if it is worth seeing another hotel with young children.

This is not a Hilton, a pathetic parody of both the service and the food and the attitude of the staff. I stayed at the Hilton in St. Petersburg. This is heaven and earth. Just a commercial move, hiding behind a name. Nothing in common. The first time I lost weight on all inclusive, I was checked in with a one-year-old child from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m., despite the fact that I started swearing with them, so they generally said that the hotel was full and check-in was at 15:00. The queues are constant at the buffet, the food is not very much and the same. Alcohol is local, I think it is not necessary to tell who was in Egypt.

4. Food.Breakfast is fried eggs.You can't eat sausages or cheeses.The quality is like the red price in the top five or worse.The pastries are delicious.Lunch and dinner the meat was stewed. for 4. In general, half of the dishes are kind of strange and not edible and are just for quantity.The Council.Look for queues.Stand and take it.Where there are queues, it's edible.
5. The drunk.I don't recommend it here.I drank 5 cocktails a day and the next day it was very very bad.Before that, I drank 0.25 bacardi with a coke from a dutik.the flight is normal.Don't drink fresh drinks especially on the street-you'll shit yourself.Do not take mangoes on the street, if you slip a soft one, you will shit yourself.

8. Around the hotel.The locals live nowhere to go.In fact, you are in prison.We went out and went to the city a couple of times.There's nothing to do, it's very dirty like in India.But the locals are much angrier and worse and shamefully want to rob and deceive you.

The hotel is not higher than 4. Saving on everything, absolutely everything. The filling of the room, the animation, the monotonous food, almost no Russian-speaking staff. There are constant queues at the restaurant. There is not a word in Russian. Not hospitable. They only want to work for tea. The staff asks to pour their (our) alcohol, they come up on the beach and tell their husband "great bro")))) very poor service, no entertainment for guests and not friendly attitude towards Russians.
