The hotel is very pleasant!!! We lived on the 7th floor in a 7** room.. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, carpet in the rest of the room. There is a hairdryer, ironing board, iron, kettle with tea bags, sugar, as well as a safe, slippers and bathrobes. Blackout curtains- sleep lovers will appreciate it! We had a pull-out sofa and a large double bed in our room. Of the Russian-language channels on TV, only the 1st one-and thanks for that. The breakfasts are sooo satisfying..
The only drawback: the batteries are COLD and in winter you will feel it if you did not take with you something from warm things for hibernation))
Convenient location in the city center, everything is within walking distance - metro, marina, market square, train station, supermarket. Beautiful interior and view from the window to the quiet embankment. Excellent breakfasts with a wide and varied selection. Comfortable beds with good linens and comfortable pillows.
No drinking water is provided upon check-in, there are no coolers on the floor, although there is a kettle in the room. In the room mini-bar, a bottle of water is offered for 6 euros. Yes, I know that the tap water in Helsinki is of perfect quality, but if the hotel is seriously offering me tap water (and it turned out that it is), then I think an information sign about this in the room next to the tea station would be very helpful and would remove unnecessary questions. The eyeliner was leaking to the shower. The room was quite dusty, especially in the morning it became noticeable in the bright sunlight of the room. 1 soap was provided for two guests. A dental kit was provided only upon request.request for reception. There is no information in the room for the guests, what else they can get additionally upon request. I think that in general, for a 5-star Hilton hotel, the level of service is not maintained.
The hotel is pleasant, the location is convenient - 15 minutes from the railway station at a leisurely pace. We walked to the main attractions on foot - everything is nearby. The room is beautiful, comfortable, with a panorama of the water. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There is a swimming pool and saunas. All technical components are on the top five. The staff didn't seem very friendly, so the result is 4 stars. Overall, the hotel is not bad.
A great hotel with a great view and attentive attitude to the guests. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station, on the shore of a beautiful promenade!!! Excellent breakfast and a decent restaurant!!! In my opinion, the best hotel in Helsinki!!!
A wonderful hotel. Great food. For breakfast, fresh juice and hot smoked fish. Comfortable beds. A normal swimming pool. Good location from the center. Probably the best in Helsinki. Underground parking is also good.
Very nice hotel, excellent service, delicious and varied breakfast👍 I advise you to stay here if you come to Helsinki.

A gorgeous hotel. The design of the rooms, the design of the common areas - cozy Scandinavia. The breakfasts are very tasty. For members of the Hilton club, access to the lounge, where you can have a snack (including alcohol).
There is a sauna with a swimming pool.
The hotel is 10 minutes from the railway station.
In general, I highly recommend it
The pool was not working, no one warned, there were no slippers in the room, it was cold, a heater was brought, breakfast was good, parking was normal for a fee, the view was good
For a five-star hotel, there is no daily change of linen and towels. There is no change of soap and shampoo.
The choice of dishes is small and monotonous during the week.
So three stars is no more.
