NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. We had to checkout two days earlier because the hotel didn't live up to our expectations and we were suffering greatly there. As per hotel policy we DID NOT GET our money back. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels I have ever been at, especially for this price! Cons: -Tiny, cramped rooms (we had an "upscale" but still ant-sized "King Guest Room") -Coffee is really bad -Bathroom lacks towel hooks -No proper blackout curtains -Noisy rooms -Driveway and entrance to the hotel is very slippy Rooftop pool not of infinite type, why the walls? Hotel also closes whole rooftop pool area too often. -Hotel offered us rusty bicycles without seat adjustment option. In Thailand. FYI: even homeless people in Thailand travel by motorbike. This is disrespect to the guests. -There is only one washing machine for overpriced self-service use in the whole hotel. Pros: -Beds are ok -AC system works good -Reception staff, especially Denis, are really great! -Hotel shuttle

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. There is a rooftop pool and a very good gym. But it's a 30-minute walk to the beach along a road without sidewalks. The shuttle takes you to Bang Tao Beach. The beach is 8 km away. We are taken to that part of the beach where there is nothing but hotels. They are not allowed on the territory of the hotel. It takes 15 minutes to walk along the sand to the nearest sunbeds, cafes and massages. It is unclear why it is impossible to take a Shuttle to a more lively part of the beach.

The hotel is good! Clear. The room with a balcony and a view of the lagoon is just wonderful! The conder works quietly, there is no wind on the bed. There are all the remedies for the body in the soul. The smell of the products is wonderful! I liked the breakfasts! A huge selection (pattai tofu in the restaurant) is very tasty (even vegans found something to eat). They don't know how to cook cappuccino at all!!!!!( The rooftop pool is wonderful! The Russian-speaking guy Denis is a darling!!!!! Thank you for a good rest! But the place is special, you can't buy good fruits nearby ((this will be sooo difficult. I didn't like the beach at all. We went to Karon almost every day(((
