Very hot in the room. Condition didn't work. "It is company politic"....said General Manager... I haven't words.

Hair came out from various places in the room(pillow, towel). The air conditioner was not working properly. There was a razor in the bathroom. The breakfast was below mediocre. For the first time in my life, I couldn't drink a cup of coffee. The hotel was beautiful in appearance, the front office employees were smiling. I think there is a problem with the housekeeping part.

A Hilton hotel that pollutes the Hilton name..
I especially tell those who will stay, evaluate the alternatives..i couldn't see the positive side because of the negative aspects I listed below, the decision is yours.
1-There are no hygiene items that you can use after showering in the rooms
2-There are only 2 waters and powdered coffee, whose name is not obvious, in the minibar part
3-When you want coffee in the room at night, we don't have service, you get the answer
4-You are harassed by being called by the room phone that persistently does not stop talking at the crack of dawn
5-Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that are available for everyone to use in the shower(Maybe someone else will put a substance I don't know into it, how do I know)
The place we stayed at called Hilton turned out to be a place belonging to a business under the stairs in short..It was the shock of my life..
