Stuff is kind. Pool is not good enough. Club is also not good.

Hello, guest Vyacheslav, I am a participant in the loyal customers program. #1094244421 is my number. From January 28, 25 to January 29, 25, he lived in Hilton Dushanbe . Yes, the hotel is great, everything is OK. But in my room 621, when checking in, the temperature showed +15 degrees, the staff reacted to my remark, and they sent technical support. But the supply of warm air from the heating system did not work even when connected for heating . They provided a heater , which did not give more than 20 degrees , and then went down . As a result , I had a stuffy nose and couldn 't even take a shower . Because it 's cold. The water in the faucets is warm , not hot . From morning to check-in, I was in the room fully dressed in a warm jacket. The staff only apologized and promised to fix the situation. Price per day 170 $ I'm not happy.

I do not recommend this hotel, although there are no other Hilton hotels in the city. The guest is not appreciated at all, the staff is harsh and rude. Although I am a gold member of the honors program, I have not received any advantage. Only deception and "I'll ask the manager." The hotel itself is old, there is a disco club in the basement, but it seemed that it serves other purposes.
