I liked the location of the hotel, the view from the window to the sea and the lake. There is a dolphinarium behind the lake, we saw dolphins performing right out of the window. They speak Russian at the reception, and so does the restaurant. The entire staff speaks English. Good beds, down pillows and blankets: this is a huge plus. I really liked the cosmetics, the large bottles (bolted to the walls). The cleaning is average, not perfect. There was trash and someone else's black hair. Breakfast is a bit poor, there is no meat, there are no good desserts, there is no delicious fresh bread. The pool is small. You can walk to the old town or take a Yandex taxi: cheap from 100 rubles.
We had a week off with my wife and child in March.At the reception, upon check-in, we were immediately contacted by the Russian-speaking staff, they told us everything and checked in ahead of time. The room was clean and tidy, tea and water supplies were replenished every day, and cleaning and linen changes were offered. The room was warm, despite some days with cool weather. The breakfast buffet was beyond praise, even with full boarding and at the last hour of breakfast, all the offered positions were available. There was a huge swimming pool with warm sea water, everything was just as clean, they tried to come in the morning, while there were few people, they taught the child to swim. Towels were provided at the entrance to the SPA, and it's better to take your own hat for women, but you can also purchase it from an employee for an additional fee. I liked everything in general, we will definitely return to the Batumi Hilton!
If the theater starts with a hanger, then it's a great hotel with a lobby that smells of pleasant incense and is greeted by polite staff who speak several languages!

The breakfasts are not varied .
But I would like to note that the reception staff is very polite and pleasant, the Russian-speaking administrator always kindly answered all questions. We were also very unlucky with the fact that at the time of check-in, repairs were carried out in front of the hotel , everything was rummaged through...(

When choosing a hotel, the main condition was the availability of parking. Upon arrival, they say that there are no parking spaces, leave them on the street or go to a paid one. Great hotel. High level of service. Hotel number 1 in Georgia. Excellent staff. Delicious food. I believe that the Hilton Batumi hotel can become the benchmark of hotel service all over the world. I have visited many other Hilton hotel chains in the CIS and Europe and I know what to compare with. I recommend visiting this wonderful hotel at least once and feeling real hospitality.
The hotel has a very good location, the sea is across the promenade. Very comfortable rooms, there is a SPA, a casino. In my opinion, the only drawback is a very small breakfast restaurant, little space, and a lot of people.
We had a vacation in May 2024. There are not many guests. The service is high. The ROOM was cleaned perfectly, the breakfasts are amazing.

The staff is polite, pleasant, there were no problems with check-in and check-out.
It is impossible to sleep in the rooms overlooking the embankment: loud music from the beach until 4 am.
At breakfast, after three polite reminders, cappuccino was not brought (two days in a row). A bottle of wine was waited for 40 minutes on the roof terrace with a half-empty hall.

The hotel is tired and in need of repair. The cleaning is poor, even with tips, inspect the bed upon check-in, we needed to change it. They give little water even if you call and ask more than once. The food is not delicious in the hotel, very much. Mold in the shower stall. Of the advantages of the location, well, and probably of the big evils, this is the least, so okay!
The stench in the rooms is terrible, I took a hotel specially in Batumi, I thought it would be a good Hilton, but in fact it turned out to be a mess with the old room stock, the smell in the rooms, also for $ 1 thousand for 2 days. It's that mast of the lord!
