We used car rental services on vacation, we registered our rights. Overall, everything is just fine! The car and the license were delivered to Negombo on time, in a clean state and with a full tank.
The first time I took a car on vacation, I can say that this experience did not become a classic "first pancake" thanks to the constant and clear support from Vladimir and his team.
When the car window jammed (it wouldn't close), it couldn't be fixed quickly (we were driving in the mountains), but the team was able to find a place to close the window in the middle of the stream literally right away, and the next day the driver arrived to resolve the issue with the window. We lost a little time, but everything was resolved.
In general, I can recommend it, if I go to Sri Lanka, I will contact you in advance for a more interesting car)

We rented three bikes from the guys with delivery. Everything is very well organized. Nikolai instructed us in detail and was always in touch with us. In the middle of our vacation, a tire broke and had to be completely replaced. We were compensated for all expenses without any questions. Nikolai organized for us an amazing excursion to the middle of the island in a comfortable car with the locations we are interested in. On the way, he told us a lot of interesting information about Sri Lanka. We will definitely recommend it Hikka.ru for booking bikes and Nikolai as a good tour organizer!

Excellent car rental service! My wife and I planned a trip to the center of the island and had to find a car in 1 day, the locals either have 1 car to choose from with unclear conditions or there are no cars at all. Turning to the guys from hikka.ru we quickly answered on whatsapp and picked up the car, on the same day it was delivered free of charge to Hikkaduwa, clean and with a full tank)) thanks to this car, we saw many attractions in Sri Lanka without time limit, as it is in travel agencies) in general, I advise the guys to all vacationers who plan to Rent a car! The deposit can be transferred by SBP, it was returned immediately after the delivery of the car!
