Thieves and deceivers work here. They will not refund your deposit for far-fetched reasons. A month later, they sent photos of the damage, which was not there when we returned the car. When we handed it over, we asked if everything was OK, we were told that yes. Then they sent a photo of the damage and said that we had damaged 2 wheels and they would not return 2000 dirhams to us. After being asked to provide any evidence, such as a video of the inspection, they simply disappeared and stopped responding.

In this agency works thiefs and liars. They wont return your security deposit under false pretexts. They sent us photo of damage which was missing when we returned a car. After I asked them for any proofs like video - they just gone missing. Dont rent any car here and stay away.

A dubious company, especially when it came to returning the deposit, wrote off 500 dirhams allegedly for washing a car, although a small dust footprint remained on the driver's seat mat. Such pettiness left the impression of not being the best customer-oriented. They refused to provide a receipt for washing the car.
