We booked this hotel through a discount booking service. The hotel is booked only with a card, which we did, we received a letter from the hotel congratulating us on the reservation. But a week later, representatives of the hotel contacted and asked to cancel the reservation. They were motivated by the fact that the hotel was allegedly full. But I think it has to do with the discount. They wanted to earn more. By the way, Booking did not solve this issue and did not offer anything in return, except to find a new hotel, which we could do ourselves.
