Hello everyone! We have been vacationing since November 4th.
An excellent hotel for recreation and excursions. From any point of the coast on an excursion you have to go deep into the island, far away. The hotel is right on the ocean, sun beds by the palm trees and the pool, and you go out the gate to swim, from the sunbed to the ocean 20 meters. Almost alone on the beach, it's beautiful. The depth of the pool is 1.3 meters, the length is about 20 m.
There is a shower by the pool outside and in the ladies room. There are cranes everywhere to wash your feet from the sand. The sun beds are new, the mattress is brought, towels are given out. The rooms are freshly painted, the bathrooms are small, but everything is in good condition. The staff is polite, which is not how they fix it right away. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee bags, bottles of water are placed. There is a TV on the wall, there are no Russian channels. An adapter is needed for sockets, from English and Chinese. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. There is a local on the beach, we went on an excursion with him, everything is fine. His place is cheaper, we had 7 people on the tour. only from our hotel, the minibus is decent. The neighbors went generally in the fourth, as an individual, but for little money. He can organize a holiday and take you shopping if you don't want to go out on your own, for comfort. We went on excursions for 3 days and one day on our own by train to Hikaduwa to swim with turtles. The rest of the time we swam in the ocean on our beach. It's great for adults to jump on the waves. With small children in Bentota or Hikadudu, you can swim up to your waist there.
We were a family from 11/17/24- 11/25/24 The breakfast and dinner system. Service- I liked how I was greeted with cold tea, wet, cold towels on the plates. The staff is friendly, always ready to listen and help. We don't know English well, so we had to use gestures to conduct the dialogue.
The food is always fresh and delicious. The dishes are half spicy, half European. Fruits: bananas, pineapples, papaya, wooden apple (not ripe). Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, beetroot, celery, salads. Self-catering pastry shop: cakes, puddings, ice cream, cakes.
There are 3 pools on the territory - 2 adult pools with a depth of 1.3m, 1 child pool with a depth of 0.5m
. It is located on the 1st line with the ocean, 20-30m from the hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn't swim because of the waves and strong undercurrent.
The room has a spacious bed. There is a TV with local channels. On the first day, there were problems with electricity, we contacted the hotel administration 5 times, it was solved simply by replacing the kettle, the old kettle caused a short circuit.
The rooms were cleaned every day, with 1 liter of drinking water per person, 4 tea bags, 2 cups of coffee, 4 sugars
The territory is not very large, but exotic, local (domestic) monitor lizards 2 walked, peacocks flew, flying foxes and mice flew in the evening, lizards crawled on the walls of the hotel outside.
In general, the hotel has 4 rooms.
He offered us guided tours Himself, he usually persuades all arrivals to take them from him, he directed them to his restaurant next to the hotel. We got acquainted with the prices and decided to cooperate with another local tuk-tuker named Chan, he met us at the exit of the hotel in the evening, offered to take us by tuk, but we wanted to walk to see the surroundings. All prices for excursions turned out to be 40-50% cheaper for him than for Sami and several other sellers. We also arranged for his wife to cook dinner for us. It's also cheaper than in the nearest cafes. We had an appointment with Chan in advance.

We had a vacation in February 2025. Breakfasts and dinners are included. The service is excellent. The room was cleaned every day. The room was provided with 2 liters of water, tea, coffee, and soap accessories every day. There is a cafe called Misha tours next to the hotel. The hostess cooks well, and her husband takes her on a tuk-tuk, as well as on excursions. Don't be afraid to take guided tours from him. It's safe and 3 times cheaper than a tour guide. The hotel staff is polite and knows English. The food is European and a little Asian, lots of fruits (papaya, pineapples, watermelons, etc.). There are sun beds, 2 swimming pools and 1 mini-pool on site.
