We didn't even expect such an ideal hotel from Brest. Friendly reception, excellent service. Parking on the adjacent territory, things are delivered to the room. There is an elevator. The rooms are spacious, there are many paintings and statuettes. Everything is beige, the plumbing is perfect. Spacious halls, excellent service. The staff is polite and courteous. The location is unique: a half-hour walk to the fortress, a 15-minute walk to the central park with attractions (including the Ferris wheel). His own restaurant with impeccable, albeit unhurried service. In general, everything is a suite. Quiet elite area. The hotel is low-rise, so you shouldn't expect any views. We had a view of the neighbor's garden with greenhouses. MIR cards are accepted, the price tag for everything is Moscow.

The best hotel in Brest. We lived in a suite consisting of two rooms. The elegant design of the hotel makes an impression. All furniture made of natural wood in a classic style, well-chosen decorative elements create an atmosphere of Peter the Great's time. The hotel is in the city, all the sights are within easy reach. Breakfast is included in the price and it includes everything you need for a full morning energy boost for the whole day. I recommend.

Great cuisine. The dishes of Belarusian cuisine are made perfectly. I do not recommend trying kharcho. This is not a meal. Eat the draniki. And their variants. The service is super. Many thanks to the waitress Katerina, she is only 18 years old, and she works as a professional with many years of experience. The rooms are magnificent. The level of service and room service is also top notch. You only need to work on filling the menu in the kitchen. The atmosphere is awesome – the furniture and everything else is top notch.

Excellent varied breakfasts, including red fish and fresh fruits. You won't be able to find a place for free parking, so you'll have to use the paid parking in the hotel courtyard.

Stylish 4-star boutique hotel almost in the city center. In terms of level, perhaps there is no other such thing. Spacious rooms and baths, well equipped. What is missing can be requested at the reception. In rooms where one bed is transformed from two single beds, it is better to ask for an additional mattress pad or blanket to put under the joint - it is strongly felt.
The breakfast is quite varied, although the choice is not huge.
The hotel's restaurant is in demand among the townspeople, and it's a little noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. Well, it is worth noting the karaoke club on the basement - it is clearly audible not only in the adjoining rooms.

A wonderful hotel in Brest! A very beautiful and cozy hotel, the room had everything you needed. We had a standard room for 2 adults and a child of 12 years old. The room turned out to be large, they put a full extra bed for the child for us! It should also be noted that the hotel accepts pets, which turned out to be a huge plus for us.
We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the buffet was varied, there was everything from porridge to nuggets.
We also had dinner on the day of arrival at the restaurant, we were very satisfied with the food and the price!
We will definitely come again and recommend you! Thank you for the warm welcome ❤

The hotel is located in a quiet place, very close to the park. A pedestrian street with many cafes and shops is within walking distance. The hotel itself seemed cozy and welcoming to us. The rooms are clean and large enough. We had a room with a balcony. Cleaning and changing towels every day and do not throw them on the floor, as in many hotels, they are simply changed every day. There is a restaurant with good cuisine. There are quite good breakfasts in the morning. If you are not interested in the price, but you need comfort and a good location of the hotel, then you are here.

Great hotel. I'll start with the most important advantage - a very good location. It is easy to walk to the railway station and bus station. The street itself is nice and quiet. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Gogol Street with an incredible alley of lanterns. And there is a direct road from Gogol Street to the Brest Fortress. And it's the same before the Soviet era with restaurants. The room is standard, spacious, cleaned every day, there are enough towels. The bathroom is fine with hot water pressure and good soap and soap accessories. The room has a mini fridge with various alcoholic beverages. I would also like to note the delicious and plentiful buffet breakfasts. Pay attention to the restaurant and bar, they are very good. The staff is very helpful and competent, they respond to all requests quickly and with a smile. Only pleasant impressions remained from staying at this hotel.

We were at the New Year holidays, the hotel's very convenient location, very beautiful surroundings, good breakfasts that include everything you need, friendly staff. An amazing hotel!
The ratio of price = quality.
We stayed in a standard Double/twin room. The room is huge and clean. There are bathroom accessories, sets of towels, bathrobes.
I would like to mention the breakfasts separately!
There is a large selection, each dish is very tasty.
And be sure to have dinner at the hotel restaurant! The prices are above average, but it's worth it! 😍

Nice hotel in a quiet location near the center of Brest. We are very satisfied with the service, cleaning and our very spacious room on the 3rd floor. The hotel restaurant has decent breakfasts and delicious dinners, and the Internet is quite fast. The only drawback is the audibility of loud conversations from the next room, shared with ours by one door, but otherwise this hotel left us with a great impression.

We were in Brest on April 7-9, 2025, to visit the Brest Fortress, Belovezhskaya Pushcha and the city of Brest itself, and stayed at the Hermitage Hotel. The hotel is very stylish, both from the outside and from the inside. The designers did a great job!!! The location is excellent, in a quiet location, a short walk and you are already in the city center. The staff is polite, the restaurant at the hotel is excellent, we ate there in addition to breakfast. In general, I recommend it, if you have the money.

An excellent hotel! Starting from the location, ending with a thoughtful decor. The room is spacious and beautiful. I just fell in love with bathroom plumbing. A wonderful set of cosmetics. Soft towels, bathrobe, slippers. The buffet is beautifully served. Very tasty. The staff is friendly. The bed is wide, the mattress is comfortable, the bed is snow-white. The restaurant is almost empty. No one met me, I had to decide on the place myself. I went out onto the terrace, where there was only one waiter. He didn't pay any attention to me at all. When I asked him where I could sit, he told me there and somewhere where the table would be cleaned))). I sat down, I sat for 10 minutes, he didn't come up to me. When my husband came and took the menu himself, it was only then that the waiter noticed us and said that the table was reserved where we were sitting. Just together with my husband, the company came to this table, but in the end they themselves moved to another place and we moved to another, and the same table remained unoccupied. Somehow, this situation did not leave a pleasant impression.
Our order was accepted, but all the dishes were brought first to the large company that arrived later than us and their order was accepted later. To my remark, the waiter said that they only had desserts, but that was not the case, there were also hot dishes!
We waited for our dishes for a long time, and they were brought cold. My husband turned to other waiters with harassment, who were engaged exclusively in chatting in the next room, to which he was offered to warm up our bowls))). There were no napkins on the table, and they were given only after our request. 2 stars only for the fact that the dishes were delicious.

The Hermitage restaurant left only positive impressions! The atmosphere here is incredible: a cozy interior, pleasant music and attentive staff. The hotel restaurant has generally good breakfasts, but they do not warn the staff that the food is being taken away (note that it is correct to warn guests about this 5 minutes before the food is taken away from the Swedish line).
In the evening, the Bar is a nightmare. The staff ignore the guests and constantly swear loudly at each other. I've been watching this for two evenings.

Spontaneous parking is free. Parking is a problem during the day. In the evening, you can park without any problems. If you just eat in a restaurant, then the prices are certainly higher than you would like, you can find other places.

We came on a business trip for a week to the beautiful city of Brest, booked a junior suite at the Hermitage, and we upgraded it to a Suite!
The hotel is atmospheric and beautiful! The staff is friendly! The room is clean, cleaned every day, you can't even find fault, everything is top notch.
The breakfasts are simple, there is little choice, that's the only thing you need to work on.
We left the hotel early, we had lunch boxes packed for the road, which is very pleasant and delicious by the way!

A clean and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious. If you put an extra bed, there is enough space left. There was a shower cabin in the room, shower facilities are available. The Internet works in the room from the password, which is issued with a key. The restaurant serves delicious food. Buffet breakfast. There is not much food, but you will not stay hungry. The breakfast is quite tasty.
There is a large parking lot for guests.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel to people with sensitive sleep!!! The forced hood works 24/7, it doesn't matter if the air conditioner in the room is working or not, the hood buzzes like you're in the cabin of an airplane, it's impossible to fall asleep. When calling the reception, they said that it would automatically turn off at 4.00...
