Everything is fine! Polite staff. Cleanliness in the building and rooms. The food in the dining room is delicious and varied. The sea is within walking distance. There are three swimming pools on the territory. Good animators who do not let visitors get bored, making their vacation more fun.

Positive. The hotel is beautiful. The beach is nice and not small, there is enough space. The territory of the hotel is large, there is a place to walk. Three pools, two deep, one shallow. There are water slides. The animators are funny, they try to cheer people up somehow. The chefs are great. An electrician, does his job well, a great guy.
Minuses: There is wi-fi, but it's really only possible to connect at 5 a.m. Buy a SIM card and don't worry (Orange) 4G works everywhere. The air conditioning in the room works only from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m., it is turned off in the afternoon. The room is pretending to be cleaned. Towels have not been changed in 6 days. Our sheets were swapped, new ones were not made, although I put money in. He lived in a room not far from the elevator, until 3 a.m. he was noisy and did not let me sleep, and I could not get used to it. There are not enough deck chairs. But it's easy to find a place on the sand. In summer, there are a lot of local children who come to relax, and immediately drink all the drinks. The staff steals the campaign, stole a hat and a children's T-shirt. It was lying right under the camera, I ask you to watch the video, they don't give it. Oksana at the reception is a complete zero that you won't ask, forever as if you owe her a million dollars.
Conclusion: a single one. if the air conditioner would work, I would put a C, otherwise it's hot in the afternoon when I can't go outside, and in the morning and evening I was on the beach.

I've only ever been to 5 stars, I want to say something about the hotel. Well, if there are such threes in Tunisia, what is a five? Of course, the hotel is a little shabby. But the area is good, slides, pools, bars. The rooms are also quite nice, big and clean. The staff is polite and attentive. The sea is clean, not deep, super for children. Animation for children, only in the evening. Dry red wine is poured from bottles, which is not a little important. The food is delicious, the choice is not great, but how delicious. Fish, meat, sweets, everything is very good. I read in the reviews, they wrote to bring glasses with them))) which we did))) very convenient))) donuts are sold on the territory, an assorted seafood restaurant near the beach is 500 rubles for our money. Generally a hotel, good 4- . A lot of people are at a loss)) and outraged, but we all know that the hotel is not 5 +, the place definitely recycles one star! Have a nice stay!

We were with friends from 24.09 to 4.10.18.In Tunisia for the second time.The 3* hotel .everything corresponds to the stated.The territory is large.The pools are comfortable, the animators are engaged with those.who wants it.Wi-Fi is weak.It's hard to get in touch in the evening.but it was possible to get a connection in our room in the morning.The food is normal- everyone has their own taste- fruits.sweets.ice cream is a variety of meat.No one went out hungry..it seems to me.Very tasty bread.The room was on the 3rd floor. The windows did not face the sea.which we were happy about.because young people have fun for a long time.and nothing bothered us.Towels were changed every day.The beds were made beautifully.The weather let me down a bit.It was stormy and the garbage was driven to the shore.The garbage is not cleaned well.but not only in this hotel.and all along the coast.But we came to relax and enjoy the sea and the sun.to receive positive emotions.and not to look for flaws.We are happy with the rest!

an average hotel for a good rest. We were in August, there are a lot of people, the hotel needs renovation, they clean it every day - the rooms are clean, but the hotel itself certainly needs a serious GENERAL cleaning. the food in the dining room is delicious, but because of the large number of people, they have to defend huge queues with swearing and indignation. in general, it's not bad for its price-for three 61 tr. 11 days all inclusive.

We stopped by the room and were amazed that the curtain flew off its hinges and no one fixed them before checking in, there is no bed, there are wooden untreated boxes (risk of splinters or hitting the corners)with mattresses, tucked in with unladen linen. The food in the hotel is monotonous, the staff in the person of the maid is pleasant and executive, but the waiters are mostly annoying. A beautiful hotel, but the beauty is unkempt and therefore not cozy. They promised a fitness room and a SPA, but this is not the case.
