Outwardly, it looks very unrepresentable, gray and nondescript. It resembles Soviet buildings that survived without repair since the 70s. The area around the central and lower entrances is also in need of renovation. But inside there are quite cozy cafes and a restaurant. Convenient exits to the arena. Good acoustics and comfortable seats.
