I recently visited here for some document preparation services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the customer service left much to be desired. Upon entering, I was greeted with indifference rather than a warm welcome. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in assisting customers. When I had questions about the types of services they offered, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It felt as though they were more focused on getting through the day than providing quality service. Additionally, the staff's knowledge about paperwork and document requirements was lacking. I brought in a few important documents that needed formatting and editing, but the employees seemed unsure about the necessary specifications. They offered conflicting information, which only added to my confusion. I expected a typing center to have a solid understanding of these matters, but it was clear that wasn't the case. In summary, my experience at helpers was disappointing due to poor customer service and a lack of expertise in paperwork. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable typing or document services. There are plenty of other centers that prioritize customer satisfaction and have knowledgeable staff.
