Rating 10/10! I broke my iPhone X, I only needed to replace the glass, because the image was there. My friends advised me to contact IT-HELP. I was pleasantly surprised: excellent service, starting from a friendly administrator and ending with competent craftsmen. The office is stylish, comfortable, there is definitely no such thing in Vitebsk) It was done on the same day and at an adequate price (cheaper than in other workshops they offered me)! After the repair, they glued an armored film. I recommend it! Now I will apply for repairs only here.

We have been working with this workshop on a regular basis for more than 5 years.
1. Refilling and repair of cartridges and various printers that are used in the process: from inkjet (ink purchase, cleaning and repair of nodes) to monochrome and color laser (spare parts, chips for chiped nodes, black and color toners, etc.).
2. Complex repair of microelectronics and computer equipment components (restoration of power supplies, repair of printed circuit boards of video cards and motherboards, repair of mobile devices, if necessary which requires soldering under a microscope).
3. If we have the opportunity to handle the repair ourselves, but additional practical information on technical issues is required, they will always allocate a couple of minutes for a consultation.
Everything is done quickly (the exception is when there is an influx of customers right here, they came across in person, standing in line for acceptance :)), qualitatively and inexpensively!
Polite and technically savvy receptionists and specialists will always honestly tell you what types of work need to be done, what spare parts will be ordered and how much it will cost.
Moreover, BEFORE the start of work, and not as it happens in some workshops, they put you after the fact in front of the atomic price for the work done and the spare parts purchased.

The girl at the reception agreed to check, first of all, if there is a problem in the block (for which special thanks). It turned out not to be. They left it for diagnosis. The masters phoned in the shortest possible time, said that everything was ready, gave recommendations on the operation of the laptop (not useless). For a reasonable price, we fixed all the problems and offered an additional one.works. The laptop is now like from the salon. He flies above me (height 2.10)

I brought my phone to this workshop, the sensor stopped working after the rain. The master said that most likely I will require a replacement display and the cost is 100 rubles. The next day they called me and said that they had managed to restore my display and the cost was 60 rubles. Respect for this is unequivocal. It's good that there are honest craftsmen. 5 stars!
