It's a good place. I stayed for 4 days. The staff is very friendly, they will help everyone, they will tell you everything. There is a small cafe inside where you can have breakfast, eat and just drink tea. Refrigerator, separate toilets and showers on each floor. I really didn't quite like the light in the room, it seemed too dark.
Excellent location in the city for tourism - in the next house there is a wonderful restaurant, a shop nearby, from here we walked to the center and by bus.
The renovation in the room is fresh, neither the rooms nor the bathrooms cause any questions. Individual bedrooms only, the rest (showers, toilets, washbasins) are common areas. However, there are enough of them and they are perfectly clean. The rooms have huge comfortable beds, but there is a shortage of other furniture and free space, for example, in a family room for 4 people there is only a chair. There is no air conditioning.
The reception staff is very pleasant and hospitable. There you can also warm food in the microwave, use a kettle and mugs, order breakfast and pastries from the menu - they will be prepared right there in front of you at any time of the day.
The hotel was booked by phone, the room is easily Googled. Through Booking, etc. it is more expensive, there is no point in overpaying.
Parking is free on site, to enter, you need to go through the gate and open the gate from the inside. Be careful with maneuvers - there are garbage containers just outside the gate, sometimes a garbage truck sneaks around the corner.
1. I really liked Hello inn. What exactly:
- in reality, everything is exactly the same as in the picture - light, clean, minimalistic, loft-style, cozy, fresh.
- the price. for two 11K, I think it's straight chic-shine and even clean and cozy.
- there is breakfast: yes, three uncomplicated dishes, but - here they are, they are cooked in 5 minutes, hot, delicious - nice.
- the room is laconically beautiful: yes, there are only three elements-a crib, a closet, a bedside table. But clean and lofty) well, what else do you need for happiness?)
- the staff is trying hard! She asked to eliminate the puddle before leaving, after 5 minutes they covered the puddle with tiles. What a sweet thing!
- silence. It's such a thrill to return to the "quiet house" after a noisy day.
Verdict - I will come back more than once! Thanks for the sea buckthorn tea!
p.s. if you need a doorman at the entrance, a shower in the room, velvet towels, pink roses on the table and a cute maid, then of course you'd better have five stars)
We stayed at this cozy hotel in Astana in November 2024. Very cozy, clean. Delicious breakfasts, inexpensive. Conscientious staff. I really liked it. I will be happy to stop again if I come to Astana. I recommend it!!!!
Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. The breakfasts are prepared fresh. It's a bit far from the center, but if you have time, you can walk around the park, an hour and you're at Bayterek. Comfortable beds, clean bed linen.
Great hotel. We were in June for 2 weeks. Clean and cozy, the maids are great. Wonderful, responsive girls work at the reception. The manager quickly resolved the issue with the Internet. The room has a great mattress, good linen. At full load, there was never a queue for showers and bathrooms. We walked to the visa application center, 30 minutes. The hotel is stylish and modern.
Yes, they don't rent rooms overnight, which excludes adventurers!
Very nice hotel, located in a quiet area, very close to shops. The rooms, shared showers and bathrooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. The receptionists are very polite and friendly, always ready to help.
Pleasant chick Hotel❤️I've been there three times and never once has this mini-hotel disappointed me. Rooms of both the "hostel" format and full-fledged hotel rooms with all amenities. It is always clean, friendly staff who goes to a meeting when you need to stop by earlier than the accepted time. Modern, cozy interior, reasonable price tag. I definitely recommend it!👍
Hotel visitors are required to wear shoe covers, as in a hospital, although it's not at all laundry...
For refusing to put shoe covers on their backs, the receptionist says, "Well, you can't wash the floors here," that is, after paying for the stay, I also have to wash the floors after myself)))
A suite is one with a shower in the room. The rest of the rooms do not have a bathroom. The quadrature of the suite in the photo. The rooms on the ground floor are very cold, there is a breeze blowing through the crack under the door, and the cold is coming from the window, which is also the door. I brought a heater with me, so I was able to stay the night. I asked for breakfast , and they said "not allowed, " without offering to buy it. I left cold and hungry in a hurry, because cleaning came and I was almost kicked out of the room. I don't understand anything
I'll bet you five, but with a caveat. This is a mini-hotel with a dozen rooms, mostly double rooms. There is a small kitchen, you can order scrambled eggs, panini or croissant for breakfast. There is a private parking area. What does not suit me is that there are minor, but noticeable disadvantages in the form of a non-working lock in the door or in the shower, you can not put a watering can exactly, because the locking screw has been unscrewed, there are few sockets in the rooms. I was at this hotel in 2023 and in 2024, so the wear and tear of the entrance and furniture in the rooms is striking. If you do not make maintenance repairs, then in a couple of years, everything will become unusable, because the main furniture is from IKEA, and it is not completely wear-resistant, and it left Kazakhstan. In general, I recommend the hotel, the price and quality correspond, everything suits me personally.
This is my second time staying here, the staff is courteous, the location is good, the rooms in the building are clean and tidy and the price is 👍🏻 I will always stay here!
A pretty decent hostel with a modern interior, but please note that the administrators need to be more efficient. The location is inside the courtyards, but the location is very convenient, near the embankment, there is a place to eat delicious food and spend time, you can easily go to any area.
The renovation is average, albeit tasteful. I am pleased with the increase in services (you can drink coffee, eat pastries). The staff is constantly changing, and prices in the center of the right bank of the city are average.
Not a budget hotel, but rather a slightly above average hostel.
Pros: clean, tidy, including in the bathrooms. There is a small cafe at the reception - you can have breakfast. The prices are not set, the assortment... Well, it'll do for breakfast. There are coffee machines(k). The territory is fenced, there is its own Parking.
Cons: microscopic numbers. in the "family room" (for four) there are not even bedside tables. Prices for the hostel level are too high (for the cost of a family room, you can rent an apartment for a day). Even washing kits for money (albeit inexpensive). The location is actually in the courtyard of an apartment building (i.e. categories such as "view from the window" are simply missing). Summary: it's the best thing if you only need to spend the night and have breakfast, but no more.
A good place to get enough sleep and go on a trip around this wonderful city full of energy again. It's quite quiet and cozy here, the staff is very friendly, I liked it)
I arrived at this hotel on January 8, 2024, on the recommendation of friends. Everything was confirmed:clean, cozy, quiet. I had a single room on the ground floor. Excellent combination of price and quality. The staff is responsive, polite and helpful. I would especially like to thank Rauza and Guzel for their help and important tips on getting to know the city. Transport stops, shops, cafes nearby.
Polite and customer-oriented staff.
Some kind of emergency happened in the room I booked - I was put in another one, on a higher level.
Also, when checking in, I had problems with payment + it was already late in the evening - the administrator agreed to pay the next day without any problems (secured by a passport).
The hostel itself:
-quiet (both from the neighbors and from the street - the hostel is in the courtyard, so the noise of the road is not audible)
-clean (in the room, in the common shower - by the way, there were no queues here, although the hostel was almost completely filled)
-there is a coffee shop downstairs, as I understood
- you can't get into the hostel without a key.
Infrastructure: I didn't find any grocery stores nearby. To those that I saw, I need to take a little walk.
Excellent combination of price and quality, 36 thousand tenge for 3 nights!!! A brick building that is cool without air conditioning, even in the hottest weather. The room (I had No. 11 with a double bed) has the necessary minimum: a bed with a normal mattress and bed linen, a wardrobe, a chair, a shoe shelf, 2 pairs of shower slippers, 2 towels 50*90 cm. There is an ironing board with an iron in the hallway. I will separately note the showers (2 on the floor) and restrooms (also 2 separate for men and women), they are very well renovated, high-quality plumbing, normal hair dryers, clean and spacious. There is a kitchenette with tables at the entrance, you can order coffee and some kind of snack, boiling water is free. You can also buy toiletries at the reception. The only disadvantage I had was the payment. I booked a room through Booking on a Kazakh card of a friend. But upon arrival, it turned out that the card was needed only in case of cancellation of the reservation, and you need to pay for the room on the spot. My Russian card does not work, I changed my cash at the airport only for pocket expenses... I had to look for the nearest bank, sit in line there and eventually find out that the exchange requires registration, which is done by the hotel. I returned to the hotel, but the owner was not there, who does the documents, they advised me to change the money not in the bank, but in a regular exchanger, where only a passport is needed. Everything ended well in the end, but the day was pretty spoiled.
A very cozy little hostel for super adequate money. On the ground floor you can drink tea, boiling water for free, there are shared showers in good condition. Overall, this hostel is very clean and the staff is always friendly. I've been here more than once.
Nice cozy place. Early free check-in is always at your service, if there is an empty seat.

On the first day there was a small room, but on the second and the others managed to move into a large one, I liked everything. Cleanly neat. It looks more like a hostel, but there are rooms with a toilet and a shower inside. I spent a few days. Good hotel and staff
Of the cons, it smelled of gas from the street for several days. And I'm sensitive.
We took two rooms for 3 days. On the evening of the second day, when we returned, we were happily informed that we had been incorrectly settled. One of the rooms is a class lower than we paid for. While we were away, they themselves moved things from one room to another ... they refused to compensate for the difference or provide a compliment, saying "it's not that much money"
Between the bricks on the walls "age-old" dust
The room is comfortable, bright and cozy, there is wi-fi, shower, it is convenient that it is located close to the center, the staff is polite and friendly, there is a cafe on the ground floor
I really liked the administrator Aigul. Pleasant and polite, she will explain everything and help. The room is clean and cozy. There is a cafe where you can order breakfast. For 800 tenge, you can use a washing machine. There is excellent WiFi on the 1st floor. There are shops nearby.
A nice little hotel/hostel with low prices. One of the disadvantages is that at night in autumn, when the heating has not yet been turned on, it can be cold 🥶
The Valley of Banks, and everything else is an addition. And the people are good, the conversation among the youth (Kazakhs) is conducted in Russian. In a word, this is cilinograd.
A great option for those who only spend the night in a hotel. Nice hostel. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but there is never a queue. Clean, cozy. There is not enough table in the room. But at this price, it's great. On the ground floor there is a place where you can drink tea, if desired, and order breakfast

Great!
Starting with a very competent location: there is no roadway and buzzing Parking under the windows, the building is located deep in the courtyard, which means a restful sleep is provided) friendly and unobtrusive staff starting with the reception and maids who perfectly perform their functions: the room is absolutely clean, the linen is perfect, there are no extraneous odors! The bathroom and toilet room are well maintained at any time of the day. Everyone who met us and ensured our stay was very friendly staff
That is why I RECOMMEND it to you, friends, because the price-quality ratio is also adequate.
Awesome hostel!new, clean! The bed is super, I slept well after the plane! The only thing is, there is no curtain on the windows in the bathroom, I swam at night and only then noticed, I was so tired that I didn't care!😂
We were in this hotel from 01/31/2024 to 02/07/2024, very friendly administrators, the hotel is clean, cozy, minus I can say that we did not have a mirror in our room, I do not know how in other rooms, so 4 points, budget
Polite and friendly staff. The hotel is clean. but there is a lot of dust on the brick walls. Attractive price.
It was in early October. Heating hasn't been given yet, it's 1-2 degrees outside at night. The room is cold as a refrigerator!
There is almost no sound insulation in the rooms, you can hear everything!
