I ordered food and asked to make it without onions. I'm allergic. They didn't bring me my dish, they didn't want to change it and they brought everything with onions again. I didn't eat! And I didn't get this dish out of my account! You are a very dishonest cafe. I won't go here anymore. You need to respect customers and listen to what you are told when a person is allergic. !!!!

It really ruined the impression. Quite a long service. The Americano was brought to me after an almond cappuccino and two sandwiches. Today we came here for breakfast, the place is decorated interestingly, quite cozy, delicious coffee, the advantages end there. We ordered a bagel with caviar, brought it on a black burnt bun like a cracker, a lot of onions and green and red, which is not specified in the description of the dish, just 0/10, did not eat, asked to take it away almost immediately The next ones brought cheesecakes, cramped, slightly toasted on top, but inside the dough was just raw, the berries for the cheesecakes were floating in syrup, which was also not very good. They didn't eat cheesecakes either. When we said that the dishes were cooked frankly poorly, they began to argue with us and prove that these dishes should be cooked exactly like this and that raw syrniki with flour is Georgian syrniki, but we have something to compare it with, and it is absolutely terribly cooked food, and not a special recipe) They did not apologize to us, they did not offer us a compliment, they did not offer not to pay for these dishes. We paid for everything and did not eat anything, we gave away 70 lari (2300r) just like that, while this is the worst place in Tbilisi that we have been to.
