On a budget. It'll do for work. The rooms are not large, but the location is normal, it is not far to the center. In the restaurant, there are people who speak Russian, it's very nice. You can also order borscht and all sorts of Russian dishes, although they are not on the main menu, you need to ask the waitress. All the sun!

Comfortable, good breakfasts. The rooms are not completely new. But it is quite far from the center, only by bus. There is a bus stop right next to it.

Pleasant service. They speak not only English, but also Russian (not all of them, of course). A rich selection of breakfast.
