Excellent service, very pleasant, the receptionist promptly processed the documents, but the professionalism of the employee who took blood from a vein is above all praise. I've known all my life that I have complicated veins, it's very difficult to get in, and internally I was ready for a long and dreary process. And here I did not have time to turn my head away, as I heard - let's compare the data (full name on the sticker that is glued to the test tube). Really aerobatics! And what's nice is that the price is 30 percent cheaper than the neighbors (although I found out about this after visiting the laboratory).

I contacted the Prytytsky branch twice, I liked the first visit, the second visit left a residue. Administrators are generally friendly, but information needs to be extracted with ticks, in comparison with the well-known network of competitors, they have a lot to learn here. There were a lot of people in the branch when I visited, and the administrator, after he signed me up, just said take a queue and wait. I understand everything, but I had to interview several people to find out where they were and why in order to get to the blood donation, which is absurd, these moments should be regulated by the administrator or an electronic queue. Blood from a vein is taken well, but blood from a finger is another quest ... after donating blood, they give you a bar and a drink voucher. I recommend it because the location is convenient, but there is still something to work on.
