I highly appreciate this clinic. Interested and considerate staff. Pleasant atmosphere. The possibility of discounts for online orders is very convenient for my work schedule and the frequency of visits to this clinic. Fast analysis and convenient receipt of results. For passing a morning fasting blood test from a vein, I was treated to baby puree and given a coupon for coffee (here it is brewed in a vending machine, I advise sweet hot chocolate - for me this is the best choice to cheer up in the morning). I come to Helix for tests in our city. The rebranding did not affect the quality of services and the range of available research. Once I witnessed a conflict between the clinic staff and clients (a young family with a small child). However, it was obvious to me that it was the clients who allowed themselves to be insulted, and the staff, as far as possible, tactfully tried to resolve the conflict and offered adequate ways out of the situation.

All the nurses who take blood are very careful) It is clean, bright, and creates a sense of security (although it is there). After blood donation, coffee and something delicious are supposed to be served (I had a fruit puree)
