I took tests in this laboratory, honestly, I was satisfied! The staff is very polite, they talk politely, explain carefully. At inexpensive prices! They also give you a free coffee coupon and a baby puree in addition! In general, I give 5 stars, I am satisfied, in the future, if I have to take any tests, definitely the Helix laboratory!

The city of Baranovichi is growing rapidly, there are a lot of people who want to take tests, too, a lot, and having such a small room for such a number of people is no longer respectable. Review the lease of this laboratory, or open a second point. The whole city is coming to you, and a room of 20 square meters is not serious. Remember that you are being paid for this, and not a small amount, and the conditions are getting less and less, because people are arriving and arriving!

I left Helix in Baranovichi under a great (unfortunately negative) impression
Natalia Simakovich's complete non-personal service at the reception, inability and unwillingness to communicate with customers and unwillingness to answer questions.
A pre-made online order with a promo code was canceled, the woman could not clearly explain how and what needed to be done, she answered all questions with some kind of passive aggression, I left with a sediment and under a bad impression (the order was disbanded, the promo code for the order of 200 rubles was not applied, Natalia's boorish attitude)
After the visit, I decided to come up again to find out everything that was unclear to me
When I asked about the discount and promo code, a woman appeared at me with the words "look at the cameras"
In comparison with the communication of the administrator, the blood sampling was as comfortable as possible, there was a very pleasant and likeable woman
I'm shooting 2 stars, because I really didn't like the service at the reception, it's very unpleasant!
The reception time is 13.08 at about 11:30
It is a great request to have a conversation with this woman about her work and competence.
Judging by previous reviews, Natalia has problems communicating with clients.

On 10.01.25, I successfully completed the analysis online, and they sent me an email about the possibility of taking the biomaterial from 7:00 to 18:00. I arrived at the point at 17:00, and an absolutely unfriendly and impolite receptionist informed me that the biomaterial was accepted until 15:00. No arguments, my indignation and links to the letter from the website had any effect on her, but only embittered her. I contacted the organization's support service - they were surprised why they didn't accept the analysis at the point and promised to figure it out. Figure it out, improve the consistency of services, and train staff to be polite, while I bring my analyses and money to others.

It's a very good center. I was there once, but everything is just great. I paid for the analysis at the reception, and they gave me a coupon for coffee. There is a stylist with free shoe covers. And next to it is a bucket for used shoe covers. A closet with hangers and a huge full-length mirror. In the office there is a comfortable chair with armrests for blood collection. I'm thrilled.

I came across terrible staff who discuss clients from head to toe with colleagues after the patient leaves. I came to take tests at the specified time on the site, but it turns out that specific tests are given at another time and we did not familiarize ourselves in advance on the site and are to blame for arriving at the wrong time. But they offered to pass it anyway, at their discretion, since they have no right to refuse. After all that I heard, and the tone in which they talked to me, I left disappointed. I ask you to be more attentive to the selection of staff.

The attitude of the administrator at the Baranovichi point on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street to visitors is simply no, communication is "off the hook" despite the fact that there was no queue at all. But at least some minimum must be present!!! It's unpleasant! I really hope that the management will take action!!!! In Minsk, the staff is much better from all points of view, but because of all this, they just crossed out all the impressions...

We passed the tests on 10.05, a friendly girl meets us at the entrance, who actually manages the process, which is quite convenient. They make it out for a long time, the girl at the reception is really rude, but maybe I'm being rude, but she spoiled my mood. The blood sampling itself is very comfortable and professional. The result is as promised the next day. Minus a star for the shortened working days before the holidays.

I took tests urgently. I came without an appointment.
At the reception, everything was processed quickly, we carefully looked through all the items so that they would not be duplicated, since I ordered two complexes: the Thyroid gland and the Heart (some names are the same in the complexes). Quickly, politely, neatly.
In the treatment room, just acc! My veins are hiding, but they were quickly found here.
I was a little confused by the confusion at the entrance, but then everything went smoothly.

I came for the first time and probably won't come back: I came on Saturday to hand over the biomaterial, I came up on Friday to clarify whether I need to sign up, which the administrator said was not necessary. On weekends, the biomaterial is handed over before 12, on weekdays - up to 15 hours. I came at 11 o'clock on Saturday, I thought to give up quickly and go home to eat, but I was met and surprised by the queues that started right from the street itself. It was something with something. There were 20 people standing in front of me just to get tested. And I had to pay 54 rubles for these tests. It's a terrible system. I didn't deserve the queue, turned around and left.

Good service, fast and high-quality service, I use this medical center quite often, now it is located in the center of the city of Neto that used to be on Kirova, where in Soviet times there was a wine and vodka store. The prices here are slightly higher than in the Invitro, but there are few alternatives for Baranovichi, so it's not bad.

There are more people on weekends than in the clinic. Only 2 people work at the reception, instead of 3. There is no electronic queue, which is very inconvenient. If you come with a baby, there is no room for the child, or at least a changing table where you can undress him.
