A very polite and pleasant receptionist, if I remember correctly, Alesya Artemovna. She clarified all the details on preparing for the analysis, gave me a coupon for a hot drink, but in the meantime, after donating blood in the vending machine, I punched it and did not understand why there was no drink, she called me and replaced the coupon and explained that the vending machine sometimes messes up. It seems like a small thing, but it's nice when people come to your aid so quickly.
The same thing happened to the girl at the blood collection site, she clarified everything, even she quickly organized everything for blood donation from the left hand, as I wanted, although she initially had everything prepared for the right hand. So only positive emotions after all the procedures, I thank the beautiful girls for their work!

In general, everything is not bad, I got into a period of a small queue, the waiting was comfortable, water, coffee. It might be a little noisy, I had to listen to what the receptionist was saying. Very long service at the reception. 2 people were admitted in 20 minutes. And all because one employee works and registers people, and the second one goes back and forth and packs things at her workplace. I was very disappointed, because I didn't have time to do everything on time before work, but I came to the opening time and there were only 4 people in front of me! Despite the fact that I paid for the tests on the site in advance, but what is the point if there is still one queue, and they work there the same way as in the clinic and do not value customers' time!

I will only talk about the disadvantages:
1) extremely slow service, on weekends you can spend 1-1.5 hours here
2) if you have a baby in your arms and you need to take tests, be ready to stand in the general queue. The reception does not go to the meeting, the contact center did not help solve the problem / request.
3) according to insurance, not the entire network can be serviced, you need to clarify.

In one of the most passable places, a trainee girl was put on the morning shift. Her work is supervised by a second employee. As a result, we have a queue of 30 people, one employee making orders, because a more experienced employee oversees the work of an intern. The option to additionally bring out a third specialist for such shifts was probably not considered.

We came with a child of 3 months to take tests. They realized from the doorstep that the employees were afraid to take blood from such a small child. We warned that we were only getting blood from the brush, but in response we heard that they had a vacuum system. The child was asleep, but the woman casually and abruptly threw the child's hand, which woke him up. And instead of saying that they couldn't take blood, they poked a pen with a needle, made the child hysterical and said that nothing would work. A terrible place, 0 out of 10.
