I always visited this laboratory, everything was fine, the staff was polite, neat and at the highest level, which in principle should be in paid centers. But when I called today, I was extremely surprised, a boor took the phone, could not answer anything normally and could not prompt. Then why do you need a phone and registrars who cannot communicate normally and adequately with people, for which these people receive a PO?!?!

Great staff, great attitude towards people. Clean , neat and comfortable . There is a coffee machine for free for visitors. It is possible to issue several pieces of test results, which saves a lot of time if several specialists need the results at once.

I really like this medical center. Very respectful attitude towards patients, polite girls at the reception. But today I was struck by the fact that after passing the tests they gave me a puree and coffee!)) Okay, coffee, but a puree!))))) Thank you very much!)) As for the analysis of their performance, there are no questions, everything is high-quality, stylish and professional!

This is not the first time we have visited a medical center.
My children have very thin veins and it is usually very difficult to find a vein and even more so to get into it the first time. Many thanks to the specialist, in particular to Victoria and Svetlana (I hope I remembered the names correctly). Not only did my daughter not cry, she left with a smile and a question about when we would go there again. I'm not just happy, I'm very happy!

I visited Sinevo only once, before that I constantly used the services of a competitor company Invitro, in fact, that's why I will draw some parallels and comparisons in my review.
I was attracted by the location of the laboratory in the immediate vicinity of the house, as well as the lack of queues. The prices, though slightly, are higher. The service at the reception, the attitude of the procedural nurse, the interior, the quality of blood sampling - everything is at the highest level, however, as with the competitor.
We were pleasantly surprised by two things: first, immediately after the blood collection, you will receive a delicious and healthy apple candy as a gift (in general, not really a candy, I don't even know how to describe it, but the composition is 100% apple, without additives). Also, when placing an order, you are given a barcode, which after the procedure you can use in the coffee machine at the exit, enjoying your chosen drink for free. I think this is an indicator of a high level of service and comfort. Secondly, I came to the study at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I was warned that the results would be the next day, or even the next day. Imagine my surprise when, on the same day that I donated blood, at 9 p.m. I received a text message about readiness. Invitro certainly does not have such efficiency.
Then why is the rating 4 stars? In my review, I rate the company as a whole, not a specific office. Invitro has a very convenient, user-friendly website filled with detailed information on each of the proposed studies, there are cool sections on interpretation (yes, we remember that the decoding is handled by the attending physician, but let's be realistic). At Sinevo, on the website, you can only find a list of ongoing studies, I did not find any other useful information there.
In general, the concept of private laboratories performing accurate, fast research is very cool, especially for Belarus. I recommend.

I went with my husband to do a Covid test. We are very satisfied with the service. The blood collection procedure was painless. The sweet girl explained her actions, commented on the whole process. She asked me carefully how I was taking blood from my vein. At the end, they gave me sweets. After the polyclinic, where blood is taken painfully enough, blood sampling is simply amazing here. I enjoyed the process. The result came the next day. To sum up: everything is great. we are very glad that we have chosen this clinic.
