As you know, urine samples should not be contaminated with foreign matter. Therefore, you need to follow all the rules for collecting material.
For general urine analysis, morning urine is used, which collects in the bladder during the night.
Before taking the material, you should take a shower — failure to comply with this rule may lead to the detection of an increased number of red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine.
The dishes for collecting samples should be sterile, without traces of cleaning and disinfectants. Nowadays, disposable containers are mainly used for these purposes.
To prevent bacteria from the external genitalia from entering the sample, you need to release a small amount of urine into the toilet, and then, without stopping urination, substitute a container and collect 100-150 ml. The container should not touch the skin.
Urine collected for general analysis can be stored for no more than 1.5–2 hours, and always in a cool place at a temperature of 5-18 C. Urine that was stored at room temperature is unsuitable for analysis.
So what the hell, excuse me, do they earn extra in this laboratory by selling their containers and pipettes, while not taking analysis in the registered Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and standard containers for biomaterial bought in pharmacies? Moreover, they are forced at the reception to pour themselves into some kind of pipette, referring to the fact that urine is stored for 15 minutes, can I go to the toilet at their place? Who gets to the lab in the morning without urinating? After all, they collect urine in the morning, after the night, the rest of the portions are not quite informative diagnostically and can distort the clinical picture of the disease. And who will drive to the laboratory in the morning without going to the toilet to buy their special container with a pipette and pour urine there? Especially an elderly person... Or a person with bladder problems? Try to take the urine in the bladder yourself to pour it directly into your container.
Turn on the logic, gentlemen, the owners of the Blue! In fact, your employee still takes urine in a pharmacy container brought by a customer, and you just require it to be poured into yours!
Your rules are not logical! They are not convenient for the client. This makes the consumer of your services irritated and nervous. And not every client is pleased, for example, to pour a relative's urine into your container in the toilet...
And if you have such requirements, technically, then let your employee do it! Just a disgusting attitude and treatment, overreaction on the ground, no mind or logic in actions! Stupid marketing! And yes! Teach your employees to talk normally!
