The laboratory itself may be good, but the specialists who work there and to whom we got today are terrible. If you don't know how to work with children, don't take it. The young girl could not find the vein, although she inserted the needle. If you haven't seen her, why stab at random, it hurts the child, screams that the pen is clamped, and the specialist drives a needle under the skin in the hope of getting somewhere. A woman from the cash register called for help. We haven't found a vein together, I can imagine what bruises will be there. This woman, having put on a bandage that fell off, immediately offered to take it from her left hand. I asked not to insert the needle until I was sure that I had found a vein: "here's a good one, everything will work out" and the second circle of hell. "I don't know what the problem is," the words of a laboratory specialist, go sit for a while, drink some water" (the child is 4 years old). It also gives mashed potatoes when we take an analysis on an empty stomach, I have no words, this is the first time we have encountered this
The quality of the analyses performed is the same as in another laboratory. I really didn't like the moment when the biomaterial was taken from the patient. I had to take out my analysis in front of a crowd of people, glue some barcodes and put them in a transparent bag, which then lay on the table during the paperwork. An extremely unpleasant situation. In other laboratories, the analysis is placed in a tall opaque glass and the person does not feel uncomfortable. As a very squeamish person, it would be extremely unpleasant for me to look at someone else's biomaterial.
The staff is terrible. I'm talking specifically about the two administrators who are always at the entrance at the table. The tests were forced to be put on the table in open form right in front of people at the entrance. What is this??? Where is at least a separate office for this, or let me leave them at least in dark bags, and not, as I was told, "open everything and put it on the table." I'm just uncomfortable as a woman. After that, they started whispering and giggling about me, and then they took the tests somewhere and casually THREW them. What kind of boorish attitude is this?? What kind of neglect is this?? There are no questions only to the doctor who took the blood. Polite and friendly . Thanks to her. And with the rest , take action .

The room is small, the queue is huge as in a polyclinic, considering that these are paid tests) I came on Wednesday morning, there were 8 people standing, and I decided to clarify the range of time at which one patient is served in order to calculate the approximate waiting time, because I was in a hurry to work. The receptionist couldn't answer this question for me! It would seem that it is quite simple, but the girl did not even try to help me. And I went to another lab)

The nurse couldn't get into the vein and fiddled with the needle under the skin and then inserted the needle again. She commented that it is hot now and because of this, the veins are poorly visible. After 5 minutes, there was a lot of blood in the crook of his arm. To be honest, I am a regular customer of another medical center. My mother advised me to apply here, but I don't remember such service for a long time. Very sorry
