Lack of service and low qualification of staff. At first, they couldn't start refueling (paid via Yandex), then they drove the car to other pumps. Well, the cherry is there, there is a toilet at the gas station, but the staff close it, give out the key only out of personal sympathy - the bottom.

Refueling is normal, but the toilet does not work, only the outdoor one, the children could not enter it. I think that having a proper bathroom at a gas station is a must, but apparently not here.

Dear hosts of Helios, make the toilet properly....to work 24/7, it is not possible to enter unsanitary conditions ... this is the toilet at the gas station itself!!! Plus it doesn't work forever.…
As it is, nothing is kvass good😂😂😂
