As avid travelers, we have tried oysters many times in various countries and restaurants. But it was thanks to the Drinkery that we really fell in love with them. There is a really high-quality approach here. We booked a table in advance and selected dishes from the menu. Therefore, after 10 minutes, our table was decorated with various phenomena, where the main feature was a set of French oysters. Of the things that we especially liked, in addition to oysters, this is Italian soup, the most delicate salmon in mushroom sauce, shrimps in water and mango salad. We wish further development to this restaurant and friendly guests who will appreciate this unique place.

In the very center of the most beautiful city… Such an institution. Three-course service, forgot about one dish, no apologies or at least an attempt to laugh it off. The food is as bad as possible, for such money there are about a hundred more places in Minsk where the cuisine will be better.
Amazing wine - just my bow to the person who compiled the wine list for you.
Well, oysters are also oysters in Africa) Just like everywhere else)
There were also a couple of moments that really spoiled the impression of the place, but I don't want to pour mud. I do not recommend it, although for oysters and a glass of wine, if there are no places in other places, you can look in.

We chose this place because of the interesting name and reviews. After the theater, we decided to take a look. We arrived at 21.40, and there was almost no one there, only the bartender and 2 visitors (or it was the owners).
All the questions were answered in a boorish manner. I asked about oysters, they said there were, but only big French ones. Okay, no problem, we thought. I asked about drinks, the answer was: there's a menu, read everything. I asked about the composition of the beer cocktail - "there is no it" was a sharp answer (he will answer the question, apparently, something did not allow).
After such an attitude, the absence of guests, we decided to just take drinks, once we got there.
The bartender (aka the waiter, maybe the owner) did not come to the table for almost 10 minutes of waiting and waiting for guests. I came to him myself and asked - should I order at your bar? The answer was "I'll be right there." I decided to order at the bar right away, because the interest in customers was at zero.
We drank and asked for the bill, having already booked a table in another institution. The bartender-waiter was still surprised that we didn't order oysters here, decided not to spoil our mood and laughed it off, then rather "ran away".
I'm not surprised that with such an attitude to customers, there was no one there.
I do not recommend visiting.

I ordered delivery via Yandex. The steak (slightly less than stated) is terribly salty, impossible to eat, corrodes the tongue. The sauce has flaked to it. It's just that the 80-ruble steak went into the trash. The seafood set is generally not the same as in the picture, there were much fewer products, there was almost no tuna, there was a tiny piece, and not rare or even medium rare, but just veldan. Squid had several rings instead of large triangles. The only thing that was of tolerable quality were potato slices. For 170 rubles, the food quality is very low. Horror. It was supposed to be a birthday dinner, as a result, the mood is spoiled, the holiday is ruined.

In general, the situation is like this, I tried with a girl a set of oysters with white wine, and two tuna dishes. The fish was fine, the wine was also very tasty. As for oysters: this is a complete disappointment, expensive, the taste of rotten river fish with the consistency of snot (although the serving is beautiful). But the peak of disappointment was poisoning with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea after 24 hours.

A pleasant place. The kitchen is delicious. I was pleased with the quiet and calm music to which you can hear the interlocutor. It seemed controversial that the bartender is also a waiter in the hall. When we were there, there were almost no people, and if the hall is full, how does it get out? It was also disappointing that there was no full range of oysters, but maybe we were so lucky. In general, I recommend it. I definitely would like to get there again.

A place about wine and oysters in a gastrocluster on the streetRevolutionary. The name does not quite reflect the concept of the institution. The menu is appetizing and decent. There are oyster sets at a great price. The wine list is not the most masterpiece, but everything you need is there.The cheapest sparkling blanc de blanc is 10 rubles for a glass of 150 ml, at a rate of about 260 rubles.The prices are quite acceptable for such a location. By the way, the menu and prices on the site are relevant. In my opinion, the place is more for hedonists. The problem with the hood is that the hall smells of food, and the furniture - high chairs and tables, of course.for an amateur and not about cozy gatherings.

I tried non-alcoholic wine for the first time in my life - I liked it))
Tuna and salmon tartare is too salty, even, I would say, not at all classic. It could be attributed to the author's cuisine, but when a friend was brought bruschetta with exactly the same mass, many questions arose)) should tartare and fish bruschetta spread look and taste the same?) After all, the menu does not say that bruschetta with tartare...
the waiter was polite and friendly.
The situation inside seemed too gloomy to us, and it was also very cold. Outside, the bar tables are quite nice, but cars and people passing by are close, although many establishments in the center have this feature.

If you perceive this trip to the institution as an introduction to the dishes, since the staff talk about each dish with special love, then the bill may not affect your opinion about the slightly inflated cost of popular seafood. We were sitting on the terrace, if you can call it that, just a table on the sidewalk, but here the claim is not to the institution, but rather to the city. There is a minus star for the terrace, but I repeat I liked everything.

My birthday was celebrated here. The visit left negative impressions. Firstly, the food was questionable, tuna and salmon tartare tasteless and dry, the salad was ordinary. Secondly, the service leaves much to be desired. The waiter rarely came up. I initially forgot about the salad, then we waited for it separately. The terrace and tables are not comfortable. But the saddest thing is that we all got poisoned by oysters. We had severe nausea and vomiting, chills, weakness and other symptoms of poisoning. We recovered for a long time afterwards. Therefore, I do not advise anyone to risk their health and visit this place.

You won't find heavy food here. No. Only good wine and high-quality whiskey. Fresh oysters and flavorful snacks. Pleasant music and polite service, which can only be in a bar. There are no annoying waiters. It's a pity the place is empty in the morning... Sometimes there is a queue in the evening. But it's worth it to "wait". The place is more for the soul and relaxation than for parties.
