A small cozy hotel in Alanya. We went with my husband for a week and were satisfied. We were looking for a hotel on the territory of the city so that we could walk a lot.
Of the advantages:
-Clean, spacious rooms, fresh renovation. We lived on the 4th floor with a sea view.
-Delicious varied food. Lots of greens, vegetables. From fruits/berries are mostly watermelon, melon, oranges, peaches, apples. Lots of delicious desserts, tried everything!
-Polite and very friendly staff, cooks, waiters and bartender with great love and soul for their work.
Of the cons:
- On some days of vacation, a fetid smell came from the drain in the shower. Apparently, the problem is at the city level. We turned on a thin stream of water for a while so that the smell would pass.
- I was very worried before my vacation, as I saw opposite reviews from users of different sites. I'll say this, it depends on the initial request. We didn't need entertainment programs, for example, it was enough to dance by the pool after dinner to cool music. And we knew that we were going to a 4-star hotel, so we were more than delighted!
Be sure to visit the Ichkale fortress (you can take the lift, but we walked and for good reason, we met a wild turtle!)

In short, a good city hotel near the beach
Positive:
- second line, 150 meters to the beach
- not overloaded with tourists
- the food is not very diverse, but it is quite tasty. There was no desire to eat "on the side"
- there is no animation
- small but cozy balconies
- fast enough wifi in the rooms
- refrigerator in the room, which is replenished with drinking water
- Turkish tea is brewed perfectly
- supermarket is just around the corner
Minuses:
- absolutely not polite staff. In 10 days, we greeted and smiled at the meeting from the strength of a couple of people
- very poor room cleaning - they came only after 14 o'clock, mostly when people rest after lunch. Seeing that there are three people living in the room - always (!!!) they were given a set of 2 towels, and a foot mat only with a separate reminder. Once they said that in general they do not have room cleaning more than once every 3 days
- we have never changed the bed linen in 10 days
- alcoholic drinks in the bar, not counting the classic beer - complete rubbish, locally produced

We stayed at this hotel in 2023. This is a city hotel, on the second line from the sea (close to the sea). We did not expect super-service or super-variety of food from a city hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised: the food is quite varied, the room was cleaned daily, the hotel is clean. Maybe we were just lucky, because a friend was in this hotel right after us, and his room was almost not cleaned, every time they had to solve it at the reception. The main thing for us is that the convenient location of the hotel, you can calmly walk along the embankment in the evening to the cave, funicular (to climb the fortress), a park with fountains and a simulator. The hotel has a swimming pool, there were no slides, but it doesn't matter to us. And the center with shops is generally not far away. The hotel itself was renovated, the 1st floor is beautiful, everything is new. The rooms are not dead either. We have been to the center in Alanya several times, so far this is the best option for me, if we consider the hotel comprehensively in terms of location, proximity to the sea, the condition of the hotel and food

A good hotel for a relaxing family holiday. It was recommended to us by friends. And my husband and I did not regret that we went. We had a rest from November 4 to November 12.
It takes about 2 hours to drive from Antalya. There is an intercity bus station opposite the hotel, if someone plans to travel to other cities on their own. There is also a public transport stop behind the bus station. For example, bus 2B goes to the Alanium shopping center of others. The fare costs 30 liras. The cable car to the fortress is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. A round-trip ticket costs 345 liras.
The hotel room is spacious, designed for a family of 3 people, each has a balcony. The cleaning is done by women. Not perfect, but generally OK. Every day they cleaned up the garbage, brought drinking water and, if necessary, added shower gel, soap, shampoo. The room has a small refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. When we asked to change the towels, they changed them immediately without any problems.
The cuisine is varied. During the week there was chicken, fish, lamb meatballs (!!!). To garnish, pasta, mashed potatoes, French fries, various vegetables, salads. There is soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sweets are basically the same: in the morning they are halva, waffles and lukum, at lunch and dinner cakes with cream such as souffle with sponge cake. Plus, from 15 to 16 o'clock you can assemble a hamburger yourself, and from 16 to 17 o'clock you can have a snack with cookies (3 types) with coffee / tea. The bar has light beer, red/white wine, various sodas, cocktails. I think everyone can find something suitable for themselves. The employees and managers themselves eat at the same restaurant, so the chefs approach the matter responsibly.
All the staff are friendly and polite, especially if you say hello or thank you in Turkish. There are mostly young people in the restaurant. They quickly put away the dishes, wipe the tables. Pretty clean and tidy.
One evening, the electricity was briefly cut off in the area. Within half an hour, the generator was turned on at the hotel and everything was working normally.
The entrance to the sea in the hotel area is excellent. The stone slab there is flat and smoothly sinks into the sand.
Of course, there are disadvantages in the hotel too. Among the disadvantages, I would note an unpleasant smell coming from the shower siphon. As my husband (the plumber) said, this is because they put an ordinary siphon without a hydraulic lock. We solved this issue simply by tightly closing the bathroom door.
We also lacked towel hooks in the bathroom. There are only 2 of them on the door. I had to take a chair from the balcony to hang towels on it. Maybe it was only in our room.
Also, for us, as non-smokers, it was unpleasant to breathe tobacco smoke because of the tourists who smoked on their balconies one floor below. At night, I had to get up and close the door to the balcony. There is also no division into smoking and non-smoking areas on the restaurant's terrace. It seems that there is an opportunity to eat outdoors, but those sitting next to you start smoking, and as a result you are forced to breathe smoke or move indoors.
Generally speaking, compared to other hotels, it is an ideal value for money.

The hotel corresponds to a 4*urban type.we rested from 07/21/2024 to 07/28/2024.The food is varied, but not for small children.Locally produced drinks. The waiters understand Russian and ask what drinks to bring you.The staff is all friendly.

It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the sea, the sun beds are paid, but they are not worth it (tired), we took a blanket with us and laid it on the sand. The sea is clean, but there are plates, so you need to be careful. The beach itself is a bit dirty.
On excursions, this is a big scam, they took it from the guide and overpaid twice. If you take an excursion, it's not "Avatar", the canyon of Taza is beautiful, but the ancient amphitheater is just a pile of stones and local aboriginal grannies.
Overall, everything was fine.
They pick up from the hotel 5 hours before departure, there are scales in the lobby (1 dollar)
Of the cons:the ramp is not convenient, the suitcase was lowered and lifted up the steps.

Very cool hotel, exceeded expectations. Everything is perfectly simple for its category. The sincere attentive staff, the chef is just space, ate everything, as it is really tasty and appetizing. New rooms, everything is working, clean, cleaned perfectly, the location is fire, very high-quality drinks, and everything. It's nice to have dinner in the evening, the atmosphere is like in Italy, the nicest beach in Turkey is Cleopatra right across the street number 16. Very warm family calm comfortable atmosphere, Internet everywhere and for free, just flies, a chic lobby for quiet work, balconies, quiet neighbors. The price is excellent, very good attitude to children, a bar until 10 and then silence and order, very dignified, culturally, the staff are trying very hard. A beautiful pool and a nice evening to lie under the stars with a drink. Very pleasant and warm memories. We'll be right back. Feel free to buy, ask for a room in the kindergarten, there is no quieter city traffic. A magnificent urban foursome on the coolest beach of Alanya.

This hotel was renovated in 2021. Now it is called Hedef kleopatra hotel, 4 stars. Great hotel!!! This is the third time I've been here. The rooms are all new, the furniture is new, the appliances are new!! The food is very good. Meat, fruits, vegetables, pastries, fish, all this every day. The sea is visible from the balcony, 3 minutes on foot. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The hotel has a full-size bed in the room for children, not a cot.
The Internet is good both in the rooms and on site.
Another advantage is that the neighbors do not interfere. Strangely, there are no wheels from suitcases at night and the hum of drunken margenals. We haven't had such fun in two weeks. At the same time, there is no ventilation and air conditioning in the rooms, which forces you to leave the window ajar and the hotel is urban, so cars and buses can wake up.
Of the disadvantages, there is no kettle and the safe is paid.
You won't be hungry for food without frills, but it's not worth waiting for anything, and after a week you want a little bit of variety.
Cleaning every day. The staff does not shine, is not helpful but also not rude, just eat like robots)) It suits me))
There is zero animation, there is a column on the bar competing with the hotel through the fence.
In short, with children, there are norms taking into account the urban format, although there are no children's rooms, there is also zero animation. There are few young people, but the age of the guests is very conscious.
Quite a fresh repair, done a couple of years ago, but due to the fact that a lot of chipboard, everything is quickly destroyed, hurry up))
There are many options for similar and cheaper hotels, we chose this one because of a full-fledged bed for a child. And so 20%-30% cheaper and better is easy to find.
In general, we have no complaints about the hotel, although we've seen everything))

Хороший отель, 5 минут до моря, в номерах свежий ремонт, Wi-Fi работает на всей территории отеля, по питанию выбор не большой, но всё вкусно, понравился массаж и спа. Персонал вежливый. Заселились раньше назначенного времени, но мы приехали с небольшим подарком для персонала 🍾 Рядом с отелем есть 3 больших магазина карты юнион пей (Газпром) работают в А101 и Carrefour. От отеля можно со скидкой на 15 пляже взять 2 лежака с зонтом, цена в районе 150лир+в стоимость входит интернет. Мы купили свой зонт за 350 лир и ходили с ним на пляж к горе, там заход в море лучше, так же рядом с горой есть интересная пещера.
Ранее отдыхали в других отелях данного города, этот отель в сравнении лучше других, сравниваю из одной ценовой категории с учётом нынешних цен.
В общем отель рекомендую для активного и пляжного города, хороший городской отель.
Экскурсии не брали, вместо этого арендавали машину за 35$ и ездили на каньон Тазы и по другим местам. Так же рекомендую съездить на димчай на завтрак или обед, очень атмосферное место.

Good 4. We were lucky with the food, we went from July 30 to August 6. The last dinner was seafood, shrimp, crayfish, mussels, squid, cod. I haven't had enough food in 7 days. They gave a delicious big sandwich with them on a night trip. Of the disadvantages, the shower door was leaking in the room, I asked to fix it, they never came, towels were not changed, only the passage was wiped on the floor, dust and sand lay in the corners, which formed during the stay. When you don't drain the water, the sewer from the shower stinks. The WiFi in the room sometimes fell off, I found a mini cockroach or some kind of bug similar to him and a woodlouse near the bathroom. I tried to rent a safe, as a result they didn't have any free safes, apparently not all rooms have them. In the last days of my stay, the skirting board fell off in the corridor, it seems to have been repaired, and something was also done with the roof of the hotel. The pool does not work after 19, because it is filled with bleach (I would like to swim a little longer after sunset in the illuminated pool), I saw that it was cleaned with a special mop only 1 time per week. At some point, pepsi zero disappeared from the bar and the fanta was diluted so that it became impossible to drink (apparently after the arrival of a large party of vacationers). Location 8/10 everything is nearby (the hotel was specially taken within the city limits so as not to sit in the hotel). The staff is good. In general, we were satisfied with the money paid 👍

The hotel is actually 2-3 stars, we were first settled in a good room, as we were given a good tip, and the next day we were moved to a regular one, but even that's okay, although we could not show off and immediately give a standard. Be prepared for the fact that in the morning there is a smell of shit from the street, there will be no hot water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, too. The hamam did not work all our vacation, and, of course, not half a word. In the evenings, degenerate Russian music turns on, the same 6 stupid songs. The food is tasteless, the staff is unfriendly and tends to cheat, but Turks generally profit from foreigners. I can't really name the advantages, to be honest, the first and last time I flew to Turkey like this.

The worst hotel I've been to for a very hefty price. Antisanitoria: the plates in the dining room are not washed, you go and wipe them with antibacterial wipes. Tables are also not washed (there are no tablecloths and napkins here). On the third day, I caught an intestinal infection and was on a drip. I counted the rest of the days until I left.
No one wrote that there is noise from the animation of neighboring hotels, you can't sleep unless your room is in the middle of the building, it's quieter there. There is a bus station across the street from the hotel, there is a round-the-clock noise.
The rooms are large, but empty, I didn't know where to hang the towel, one hook on the door, a small sink.
There is air conditioning, but a safe will be brought for a fee of $ 2 per day.
The public beach is a bit dirty, the sea is gorgeous, beach towels are not provided, umbrellas and a hammock for a fee. What was appreciated in Turkey - the service is no longer available, I will not go here anymore. Have a good rest for everyone.

We rested at this hotel in August 2023. We were very satisfied. The room stock is clean, freshly renovated, new furniture. The kitchen is generally on top. The sea is five minutes away, the beach is wonderful., the water is simply amazing, + 29, we swam for hours.It is always clean both on the beach and on the water.. The hotel left a very good impression, I want to go back there again. Young guys work, there were girls, all polite, delicate. If there were any questions, everything was corrected immediately. I really liked the sauna and hamam, and I just recommend going to Inge for a massage. Pros!! In short, we are delighted with Turkey and Cleopatra Beach.

The reception does not respond particularly to requests, but they can tell you where to go in Alanya. The location is convenient, near the bus station and the beach. There are also many shops nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to the market. It is better to take 1 bus to the center (the stop is on the left hand if you leave the hotel). There is a bar where they pour red and white wine. One kind of beer. As well as cocktails, but get ready to explain in English what you need to do. There is no menu.

I really didn't want to leave a review for one simple reason, the rating of the hotel also affects its price, and we really want the price to remain at the same level and we could return to this hotel again. But it would be unfair not to leave a review for such a magnificent hotel. The hotel is new, renovated, modern design of rooms in loft style. The room has everything you need: TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, balcony, wardrobe, shower, cosmetics, etc. Every day the room was cleaned, the maids always brought 1 liter of bottled water, changed the bed linen twice in 7 days. The hotel staff is very polite and caring, almost everyone speaks Russian. The food corresponds to a 4-star hotel, we set a solid "5". Every day the menu included fish, meat, chicken, lamb, a huge amount of greens, vegetables, more than 10 types of desserts, garnishes, grilled vegetables, tea, coffee, juices, lemonade. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, delicious Turkish coffee are served in the bar from 10.00 to 22.00. The rest at the Hedef Hotel is the best among the 4-star hotels in which we had to stay. We really want to come back here again.

Отель с новым ремонтом( в 2020 сделали косметический). В номере относительно чисто. На всей территории отеля ловит wifi. Скорость интернета средняя. Отдельная благодарность шеф повару. Из простых ингредиентов он может сотворить шедевр. Очень понравился борщ в его исполнении. Отель находится в самой Алании, поэтому рядом есть очень много кафе и магазинов, аптек. Пляж, правда, грязноват, но это не отеля вина

Отдыхали в июне 2023 года за троих заплатили143000,мы из Екатеринбурга,ранее отдыхали здесь в 2019 году, захотелось посмотреть как отель преобразился после ремонта.Конечно,питание отличное, расположение супер,пляж Клеопатры,самый лучший,горничным положили шоколадку ,она нам меняла и полотенца и ставила шампуни и гели.мы очень довольны, единственный минус нет анимации.Бармены очень доброжелательные.Шеф повар всегда присутствует в ресторане,с улыбками и шутками.

Отдыхали в июле 2023г. Отель соответствует своим 4 м звездам. До моря 2 минуты пешком. Питание на 4 ку. Если знать эти нюансы, отдых пройдет хорошо: с русскоязычными туристами на ресепшн разыгрывают такую штуку: дают специально номер с недостатками, неработающим кондеем, проблемной сантехникой и т. д, и предлагают или заселиться в него или доплатить" налом" за нормальный номер или переселиться в отель далеко за городом. Когда понимают, что их уловки не прокатили, дают нормальный номер. Приготовьтесь час "пободаться". 90 проц. отдыхающих русскоязычные и 10 процентов турки. Турецких отдыхающих обслуживают приоритетнее. Официаты молодцы, стараются. Не берите "лежаки от отеля", на 17 пляже лежаки стоят дешевле, на наши даты 140 лир за 2 шезлонга и зонтик и бесплатным вай фаем. Если вы один раз возьмете хотя бы один шезлонг за 70 лир, пароль от вай фай у вас останется в памяти, пароль не меняют.

Отель после реставрации, классный, очень удобное расположение относительно пляжа, в нескольких шагах магазины, автобусная станция. Еда нормальная, без изысков) бассейн небольшой, работает с 7 до 19 часов, ночью искупаться не получится) уборка странная - мы с ней так и не разобрались, все остальное очень понравилось

I really liked the hotel, the attitude of the staff was 10 out of 10, all the comments from replacing the batteries in the remote control to replacing the shower hose were corrected in 10-15 minutes. The food is always fresh and varied - chicken, beef, turkey, lots of side dishes, lots of sweets, fresh fruits (watermelon, melon, apples, plums, pears). Room cleaning is good. Wi-fi catches in the rooms. There is no animation, which is in principle normal for the concept of a city hotel, music plays in the bar from 9 to 23. The pool is cleaned every day, there is a children's area.

Сейчас здесь отдыхаем! К отелю вообще нет претензий. Чистые номера с новым ремонтом, ежедневная уборка, приветливый персонал, вкусная и разнообразная еда (сын очень избирателен в еде, но голодным здесь не остаётся: шарики с молоком на завтра, суп, макароны, пюре, мясо, рыба, овощи на обед и ужин), качественные напитки, до моря 5 минут пешком и отличный пляж - песок с мелкой ракушкой. Мы очень довольны!!! Рекомендуем

We had a rest from August 16 to 27. The food for 4 was not very impressive, and in particular the dinner. There was a lot of seafood on one day. Dinner ends at their place at 21 pm, then unfortunately there is nowhere to find a snack.The cocktails at the bar are delicious, the beer is normal, we haven't tried the rest.
The staff is very nice and polite. We were checked in at 10 o'clock in the morning, although they have check-in from 14. Thanks for that)
Cleaning is really not very good, but clean towels were given once every 2-3 days, about, even more than necessary, a bottle of water was put only for the first 3 days, then only the toilet and garbage were thrown out. I did not notice that the bed linen was changed in 10 days.
The rooms are good, there were two of us, they even gave us a room for three. The location is quite good. Nearby there are migros, exchangers, a pharmacy and retail shops. It's really a 3-minute walk to the sea at a calm pace. I didn't like going into the sea very much, since there are a lot of stone slabs at the beginning, if you go closer to the depth, then only sand begins there.
In general, the impressions of the hotel are mostly only pleasant, of course there are shoals, but thanks to the friendly staff and our positive attitude, we really enjoyed the rest.

The hotel has excellent cuisine and a normal bar and very poor cleaning in the rooms on the 4th floor. The rooms are poor, hastily made. The hotel is clean, unfortunately not outside: there is a smell of garbage on the sidewalk traces of spilled garbage (near the hotel). There were disagreements at the reception regarding cleaning, the employee behaved rather unprofessionally. The cleaners were tipped, politely asked to clean up, and complained at the reception, but stubbornly did not want to clean, in the end we gave up and cleaned the room ourselves.

I give two stars only for the location and repair. The food is disgusting, it was poisoned twice. Everything that is not eaten is recycled. The room was cleaned 2 times in 10 days and towels and bed linen were changed 1 time.
